Listen, it's never a negative to have Bisu, jaedong, and fantasy at your event. No matter what the **** you have them doing. They can be wasted walking around cursing out all the people there. Its a net positive.

Speaking of blizzcon, the liquipedia page only lists 14 qualified players for the SC2 tournament. Has it been decided who the final 2 players will be? I would think they would have played all of the qualifiers by now.

I'm also curious what the prize pool will look like for this tournament.

Every region except Korea had a Bnet Invitational and 2 qualifiers. They just invited Nestea and MVP from Korea to fill it out.

well the region missing from last year is russia, they've kept tw/kr separate for obvious reasons, but merged russia and eu. probably just see if white-ra and strelok are doing anything

i've played 20 > games in the last 2-3 weeks, and none in the past week. I sit down to play last night and wow, i'm slow. my macro sucks. i missed injects like its my job. my micro was deplorable. the only games I won were straight allins. I even screwed up a few allins that normally would have been ez wins.

i might just switch to terran, get demoted to low diamond and see if i can back into masters as T

The bw crowd on tl has been pretty much insecure about this whole thing. I think it's likely that they just do a meet and greet type of thing - a lot of sc2 players have some passing knowledge of who these guys are bc they converted from bw... They might play a showmatch on HoTS just to showoff the game like how yellow played during alpha-beta stages

There was nada vs tlo showmatch on IEM last year and nada soon after that switched

wow, just played a pvp where the other guy tries to 4 gate me, you would think that if you're going to do that you would at least try to watch what you're doing with your stalkers, rather than just letting me use one force field on my ramp and kill them all without a loss as they try to move into my base without vision

also re: bw pro invites to blizzcon, i'm kinda irked the more and more i read that tl thread (shocker). what reason does blizzard have to bring bw pros to promote a 12 year old game? the matter of fact is that nobody cares about bw outside of korea, sc2 is the bigger global RTS game right now ainec, there is an impending convention meant to show off sc2's next expansion, and promoting bw isn't going to do anything for blizzard's bank accounts

if anything this is an attempt to convert koreans to sc2 rather than say "hey koreans, we still care about maintaining the competitive bw scene"

I got like 99% winrate if I play serious vs publics, so I troll around a lot it was the last opponent and I had a spectre like 6 tanks(My ally left) and 4 motherships + some BC and had the side of his base contained. I kept nuking in his base with my spectre. Later he got a odin(No good against spectre),and tried to kill my contain, I vortexed him with my motherships and nuked on top

Jeez I laughed my ass off before it happenend and was like "omgomgomgomg thats going to be so awesome.

And no the nuke did not hit before vortex ended . I try to make a gif out of it.

now i play another pvp and he goes blink vs my 3 gate robo, i see him expanding and move out, i do not get why, upon seeing me taking down one of his proxy pylons, he then proceeds to blink his inferior army into mine and gg less than a second later

sounds like next eg announcement is going to be korea team house
