god i keep getting paired with ****ing garbage players 3v3.

can you play ranked 2v2, 3v3, and 4v4 with friends? not that I have any sc friends lol, but i'll make some god dammit if it's possible.

ofc you can. Its quite easy to get top 8 Masterleague in 2v2 with a friend.

I play Z and protoss in 2v2, me as protoss. my friend get speedlings and banelings fast to a baneling bust, then he streams speedlings in while i mass stalkers. We win 90% with this strategy

so far i've played 2 placement matches 2v2, won 1 and lost 1.

if there are any players out there who would like to pair up for some 2v2 matches either post here or shoot me a pm.

if someone can tell me how to post a replay i can put up my last 2v2 to give you an idea of where i'm at skill wise to see if we'd be a decent fit.

this is a pretty good strategy. the problem with having any protoss on the team is that you insta die to a good t/z combo. you just can't have enough units when the rush hits. that said, if you can survive that early pressure and get your gates up, you win...but that's a big if. (i play toss and it sucks ass vs. that t/z combo).

if you are winning 90% of your games at the top of masters league you are probably the best 2v2 team in the world.

If you're looking for teammates for team games, you may find the bnet chat channels useful.

how am i supposed to scout a marauder/blue flame all in long spawn shattered temple if he opens reactor hellion? i cant kill the hellions so io cant get map control.... i cant get a lair that fast or i die (like i did). i cant blindly make spines.

im being serious... do i have to open roach in that position if i spot a hellion open? cause there's just no other way to get any scouting information what-so-ever.

havent been playing much, but i've been opening roach pretty much exclusively vs 1 rax 1 gas.

its kinda metagamey, but everyone goes hellions so its good for now

ok i need some serious help from protoss/zerg players.

i have lost 3 30+ minute ZvPs in the last 2 days on tal'darim altar (2 of which were 45+ minutes) where i have had MASSIVE ****ing leads. i simply cannot win on this map. period. vs terran vs zerg vs protoss. not at all. i figure there must be something wrong with me since this is a "zerg favored map."

take a close look at the units above. do the math. consider that i lost this game and it wasnt even REMOTELY close. the toss just turtles really hard on2 distant bases while i kill his entire main, then chronos out a bunch of voids... has ONE ****ING VOID RAY left after all my corruptors die and then he kills a ****ton of bls while running zealots at all my bases and GG.

i mean what am i doing wrong? i just dont understand it?

ill post the 2 replays if anyone wants to see them, but it's just absolutely pathetic that ive spent over 2 hours of my life in the last 2 days playing really well in zvps just to lose them to some absurd all-in in the end.

and it's a general question really, not a strategic question. why cant i close? am i ****ing ******ed? what is the deal? i find myself with a massive BL/corruptor army and then all my bases die because it's a slow ****ing army and 6 blink stalkers and 8 zealots run around killing everything. is BL/corruptor just not viable on tal'darim altar?

and ive started making 5 spines + 2 spores standard on every base on tal'darim altar.... and i still lose my expos to DTs. they make 6-12 at a time. what defense is there to that? im clueless and want to veto the map, but i feel like vetoing tal'darim altar as a zerg is probably pretty dumb. but i guess im so ****ing bad at this game that i have to.

edit lol according to SC2 gears, my winrate on tal'darim altar is 37%... the lowest of any other map... lower than even typhon peaks, abyssal caverns and backwater gulch. guess i should just do myself a favor and veto it.

lol Karak that looks ****ed up. If you loose ofent to voidrays then get mutalisks. They contribute to harrasmennt, your ground damage, and they can kill voidrays.

Also infestors are quite good

if there was a grandmaster legue in 2v2 i guess we were in it. Though i must admit im a bit carryed. My teammate is a beast and he ofent win 1v2 when they do some silly rush and kills me. Actually we havent played very much 2v2 in some time and are like rank 30 now :/

to make up for my QQ ITT tonight and blow off mega tilt, i got on my smurf and played a bunch of games (as zerg) with the full intention of using them only for another BM vid... i havent made one in a while.

the editing is a little rough, but i spent a good bit of time on it and managed to get 4 games worth of material into it. i hope you guys will enjoy it. will upload it while im sleeping.
