Ok so I'm gunna ladder again today (not including wasted laddering on my smurf acct) for the first time in a week or 2. As an experiment (inspired by that brilliant macro metric post on TL), I'm going to just build drones whenever I'm feeling confused or lost as to what to do with my larva. One of the things that I get slowest on when taking breaks is keeping active scouting info and keeping up with injects and stuff at the same time. So today my big concentration will simply be drones and injects. Scouting is secondary. If I'm confused or unsure what the other player is doing, I'll just mash out drones and expand. Obvious exceptions if I'm facing 1 base stuff or in ZvZ.

but holy ****ing **** am i in a cloud hangover right now. i may have to ladder on my protoss account (because it's easy and i dont have to pay attention, obviously).

i've been keeping track of my games today w/ that SQ stat and its been an easy win everytime i've had it >75. <65 easy loss.

anyone know if you can see the score screen of a replay?

stalking idra's match history he's pretty much always >80 and the majority of his games he's >90. in 8 games today, consciously spending down my money/not getting supply blocked the highest i've gotten is 84.8. idra's prety good lol.

I thought one of the observer tabs showed the info, but I guess not.

My games today follow pretty much your pattern, except my wins were more like 70 and my losses 60. I did manage an 89 and 90 in 2 ZvPs where I did that quick 4hatch build and both times beat a Zealot/Archon push.

My best game (in the last 50 or so reps) appears to be a 97 SQ. A (for me) perfectly executed zvp on shakuras that ended up 4 base vs 2.5ish. Average seems to be 75-80.

I was playing poker while watching the game on youtube, afterwards I watched it again and realized that his opponnent was pretty terrible. It looked pretty good when you didn`t really focus^^

Just won a 1.5 hour PvT on Typhon Peaks.

Guy goes 1-1-1 with cloak, I hold it. He then goes into tank + sky terran. I have a tough time staying cost efficient and eventually decide I have to go kill his mining bases. I kill all his ocs and planetaries. Then I clean up some of his army and end up left with 1 probe(25 minerals in bank), 7 attacking units, and 1 Nexus 2 bases away from minerals. He has one banshee and all his remaining buildings floating.

I blink to kill the banshee and long range mine my 1 probe 1/4 the way across the map up to 16 to build a new Nexus for the next 45 minutes.

I felt kinda bad after cause I kept telling him to leave but he ended up being pretty friendly even though his english was not so good.

FFS I'm so sick of seeing my teammate pump out pure marauders against chargelots, or stalker/immortal against anything. Has that immortal rush EVER worked for you?

It's just a huge tease. I see my teammate rushing for a robo and get all giddy: YAY they'll finally be on MY side for once! Robo then poops out an immortal and I cry.

Just had a teammate point out: "no gas terran 4 rax".

Teammate then proceeds to go 1-1-1 (not even trying for tanks of course), and we get rolled at the 7 min point.

WHAT THE **** DID YOU THINK HE WAS GOING TO DO WITH 4 RAX? WHY EVEN SCOUT IF YOU JUST ****ING IGNORE IT?

I can`t believe the game I just had:

I was pretty greedy and pulled it off because that terran basically did nothing I kept scouting and saw that he is taking mass expos with planetarys, but could not really scout his army or base because he had missleturrets everywhere.
Anyways I just kept expanding myself and knew something fishy like massbanshee was going on.
Then he came with a big bansheefleet and I had like 6 HT on my expansnion and just feedbacked and stormed everything and was like "lol". Did make a fun noise.
I kicked his main and 4 expos but he kept expanding.
Everytime I was oop his massbanshees kicked my expos but I had a lot of money in the bank.
In the end he was down to 1 base were all his production was, I somehow did fly my 4 observers into missleturrets and he just kicked my robo.

200/200 with an army which was made to kill his army but I couldn`t see it. FML.
