Yeah I think anyone involved in business in any way should take a basic contracts/blaw course. People (in sales, marketing, etc.) simply don't realize that very simple actions or behavior can lead to a binding and enforceable contract without them even knowing it.
Of course this is why we have in-house counsel, but small businesses don't really get that benefit.
