variance: imba.tv showmatch between the casters just had a great nuke. someone sends colo/archon/zealot/stalker deathball to kill the 3 expansion on crossfire. nukes the choke twice. protoss backs out of the expansion after killing it into the nukes, not noticing them. loses 120 supply and the game instantly.

It turned off immediately after the glass spilled and then the fans fired up and it started to boot. I ****ing scrambled to pull the power but could already faintly smell burning plastic when I did. I'm 99% certain the video card was hit. The label had a water mark on it, the dust was caked on on the side it got wet, and I smelled the card andit did resemble the burning smell. I hope it somehow isn't fried... though at this point is probably be lucky if I just have to replace my video card. **** my life

Biggest problem with FFB will be escrowing as all US citizens are now basically ****ed. The easiest way would be for everyone to setup Paypal me thinks.

Overpooling will not work as a response to ffe on TD, Shakuras, etc.

It will work sometimes as a response to ffe on XNC, Shattered, etc. (I don't consider these ffe maps)

All assuming you scout them fast enough and they build a Nexus before the first cannon as well.

Also I'd have to check the numbers to be absolutely sure, but I think gasless expand from Z is greedier than a ffe.

I don't even know if I can wait 48 hours. I really want to figure out which components need to be replaced so I can get them ordered and get this thing running again. And I'd think with only like 3 oz spilled 18 hrs under a fan should be okay. I just hope to god my mobo and CPU are okay.

wat? if you just hit the case on not like a open area just ****ing turn it off and open it up and check if anything got wet. Cases are often pretty tight. I doubt water would even get inside my case if I dropped a glass on it.

Mine has holes on top and on the sides. If water got on it anywhere it would get inside the case.

You guys have to be sick of me talking about my computer by now but anyways I am ecstatic to say that my champion of a PC is running strong again. My video card was as I expected (unfortunately) fried. That 'ol GTX 260 was one of the most impressive pieces of equipment I have ever had the fortune to own, and easily one of the best $200 I've spent. And I will miss it.

Ran up to Best Buy and got a GT 430 for the time being - it's like a tenth of the mass of the GTX 260, no joke. Not sure what card I should get now, probably a GTX 300 series.

So so so so SOOOOO happy my computer is alright, and definitely didn't think I'd be on it again in just 20 hours (more like days or weeks). And guys, if your computer would be in danger if liquid landed on your case, make sure there's no feasible way for this to happen. It's bad.
