Having had similar wrist pain there were a few things that helped me.
1. Improve your posture and make sure your hand is level with your table.
2. Stretch before and after each game. Just ball your fist and stretch it up and down and in a circle.
3. Ice helps as does alternating between warm water and cold water.
4. Take a break for a few days if it gets too bad
