This game makes me so ****ing angry.

Lost 3 games on the bounce where my army value and resource collection rate is miles above my mouthbreathing, drooling, bronze-league opponent yet they are still able to a-click win. (Yes my mmr has gone from plat to bronze in a week)

im getting 12 point wins over masters players and am beating them fairly soundly

I've managed to tank my MMR into playing mid diamond players. This is after playing upper masters players last week. WTF. How can my play get that bad so fast. **** I suck.

My MMR drops a ton too. I have been playing 1800M players one week and diamond players the next. I even played a bad GM once or twice.

It is partially due to the fact I havent won a PvP in at least a week. Quite embarrassing when you have two games in a row when the other guy is favored and he is a rank 30 diamond and you are masters. Not slightly favored either, favored.

As far as I can tell, Zerg > Protoss.

i was spanishiwaing but this tilted the **** out of me that he'd be such a dick, so i threw down all my gasses early, made 23848234 banelings and ran them into all his ****. he was massing banshees as i expected (anything else would be too difficult), but sadly for him banshees dont kill lings very fast.

nor do they handle 10 spore crawlers + 4 queens so great either.

The sample size is certainly big enough when you factor in all the major tournies being played around the world. Protoss still sucks no matter the sample.

There were just under 1200 games played at MLG. I would be less worried about the size of the sample and more about the quality of the sample. We can throw away a lot of the lesser ranked players' games and still have a decent sample size.

On the other hand the player pool doesn't seem very representative of any meaningful larger player pool. I wouldn't read too much into it.

However that one thread on TL comprising all of the big tournaments is of interest to me. It's not perfect, but if anything that's where we should start to see the important percentages.

Pure guess on my part: Infestor/broodlord will get nerfed in one way or another. Maybe not in the next patch, but somewhere down the line.
