anyone want to give opinions on these lines for the shoutcraft invitational tomorrow?
Used a new method to come up with them. I'm not looking to bets on these, just like thoughts on if they are close or way off.
kas -250 vs hasuobs
morrow -240 vs sjow
white-ra -140 vs Stephano
thorzain -220 vs nerchio

Would think Thorzain is too much of a favourite

dunno why i never expect randoms who roll toss to cheese. it's like a super douchy cannon rush ~75% of the time.

facing a terran on ladder

i go mass infestor/upgraded ligns

he goes mass marine... just mass marine. no medivacs. nothing. just. ****ign. marines.

i have his hard counter. i am doing the build that 100% hard counters him. at one point i have 4 bases to his 2 and 3/3 lings with crackling speed. he has 0/0 marines.

i also ahve about 10 infestors.



i mean it's amazing that he sees me hard coutnering his build and he just ****ing plunges forward making 0 effort to even try a tech switch (we were close position so i guess he decided that wasnt necessary). and all he did was just stim, a move, stim, a move. didnt even make an effort to split the marines.

what's more amazing is that with a massive lead i actually lost to this.

i really, truly am terrible. he was mid diamond. LOLOL. wow. i mean can anyone imagine a scenario where a zerg player loses in this situation? can you imagine someone so truly awful at the game that they lose in this situation? it's like if a terran player up a base on me went mass blue flame hellion and i responded with mass zerglings with an upgrade disadvantage... and i won. it's not even fathomable.

maybe cause it was close position?

will post tmw was pretty sick. obv i was on crazy tilt, but that really did happen. brohan just kept making his rines. was amazing. i obviously played it very badly it had nothing to do with balance.

i did tilt off by off racing terran. pulled 3 straight tal'darim altar games (obv), first 2 tvts. tried to play the first tvt. just gg'd the second one. 3rd was a random toss who i honestly very naerly beat. all i did was just make a bunch of bio, land some key emps on his army then kill everything. but i forgot how to remacro as a terran so i couldnt make another army :-(.

Did he do the 4OC build? If he did that then there is nothing you can do with 4oc vs 2 base in close position no matter what you have.

stupid stupid pvp games, on scrap and am in the mood to cheese after being offensive gged in the previous game, proxy 2-gate him but my probe scouts a forge, so by the time i outnumber him in zealot count he's got cannons up, then he won't leave after i tech to void rays and take down his main, as he keeps taking a new base randomly on the map just as i take down the one he's currently mining at, at one stage he's distance mining to his natural and playing cannon defense in his main, which doesn't work against 20 VR's

sixfour - you should turn the ingame clock on so you can see your timings.

If you notice in the picture on Karak's post, right above the minimap it shows the time.

I also play with the health bars on.

Maybe put the letters on the hotkeys as well

also switch to a real race

Turns out:

Terran: Marine, Marauder, Thor
Zerg: Zergling, Hydralisk, Ultralisk
Protoss: Zealot, High Templar

Wonder why protoss doesn't get 3.

i figured out thors could dance the other day in a ladder game when i made all of my opponents' thors dance in his base

i was in the process of morphing 115 banelings and he indeed had not yet left the game

i asked him if he liked fireworks. when he said yes, i asked how much. he said 7/10.

about 30 seconds later he commented that he now saw why he was still alive as the bane train came rolling in

i might have beaten my all-time high bane record of 128 in a game the other day. i had to be darn close. ill have to check the replay.
