fortunately i hero scanned his main right as he sent out all of his scvs, and got 2 bunkers down in time.

his composition: 14 marines, 11 scvs
my composition: 4 marines, 1 maraud, 19 scvs, 2 bunkers

he suicided everything and i held

I've lost to that build 3 times in the last week.

It's hard to know if he's expanding or all-in ing. I always scout but it's never enough information.

aren't you in masters? if so then when you see that supply call down on the depot at the bottom of the ramp, its a huge tell that he's all-in. no one in masters is bad enough to have to use their 1st 50 energy on the OC to call down supply. you just have to watch a replay or two to see the timing on the supply call down and make sure you have a scout near his base at that time.

I guess I never noticed it, or maybe it's a slight variation. What I usually see hits with more marines and no scvs.

I always send my first zealot/stalker with my second stalker rallied. It just gets out of control when they start pumping mass marines. I don't know if it's an expand build or if it's banshees or if it's tanks or whatever. Admittedly my PvT is pretty bad.

o its probably just a completely different build if there's no SCV's. in that case its probably just the TLO 6 rax which is a huge bitch but i think it comes a bit later.

if im on past 4 AM and i want to play tourney games please dont let me. i have no idea why i sit around dickign around all night barely playing then decide once i get really tired at 5 AM and have had a beer that that's a really good time to play tournament games. ive blown 2 matches doing **** like forgetting spawning pools and gas.

last match i had 12 drones on gas, and when he went to push i was so ****ing confused why i didnt have minerals tomake units. i had both hatch rally points set to an extractor. amazing. i am AMAZING.

. lol i say gl to Zerker and he responds "DIE IN A FIRE." sPsBlade TOTALLY raped me. i'm still not even sure how he did what he did either.

So apparently the ladders are ****ed and no one can be promoted or demoted right now. It's going to be "hotfixed" in the next patch. Once again, way to ****ing go, Blizzard.

Think I will ladder more even though, I am 90% sure that the ladders are locked. It will help solidify the confidence buffer for when the ladders get unlocked and I may get a double promotion into plat.

Also that bust is why I feel that it's optimal to wall off completely for the forge FE and plan on killing the forge when it's time to leave.

yea i was pretty tempered the whole cast cause my roommate was sleeping (went to see PREZ OBAMA this morning) and I was consciously trying to be quiet. hopefully ill do a cast at not-3AM next time.

i don't think it makes sense to use 50 energy on a supply call down when you're fast expanding. it would just delay the expansion since you lose more minerals from not having the mule than you would save from not building a depot.

i think the only time you should plan to use the supply call down is for a very precise timing attack like that 3rax SCV all-in where you literally can not afford the 100 minerals to build a depot. in that case the ability to spend the 100 minerals immediately is more valuable than mining 270 minerals over the next minute (or however long a mule lasts).
