He's the dude I learned how to shut down your FEs from with early zealot/2gate pressure, back in the beta (when zealot build time was 5s less). But yeah, like Fx said, he's been a streamer since the beta, but got banned on TL (so his stream was/is no longer listed there afaik).

Theres are enough clues that you need to 4 gate in PvP just look at the energy and what comes out of the gateway and if you want to get really crazy pylon counting. I just offensively 4 gate every single game though and this is correct against high diamond low masters that I play because they simply dont 4 gate that much. Also a side benefit is that the game ends quickly!

-zvz on XNC. i win about 30% of my ZVZs as it is, but vs any early baneling cheese on XNC it's a loss. GG
-XNC vs toss. I decide to in natural expo cheesse him... which is great since he was going 1 base colossus anyways. GG
-zvz - just a loss. i honestly nearly just GG any ZVZs anymore. pwny im sorry but the only time i win is if i dont do your build. banelings = auto loss. more than 6 roaches = auto loss.

yea i watched the replay. the loss was entirely my fault. i reacted very poorly to like 3 DTs.

but i did just play a 33 minute macro zvz where i tried the spanishewa open. i won pretty handily. he went broods, i went ultras. broods are pretty easy to counter. ultras... not so much.

get more aggro with creep imo ^_^

i was tbh... he spent a lot of time sniping creep to his credit. i could have been better, though.

lessons learned tonight once i stopped tilting and started thinkign (and also rattled off like 5 straight wins):

-once you kill a protoss deathball, don't sit there and play with your dick while they remacro the hard counter to your army. either remax on the counter to their hard counter OR go and ****ing kill thm
-plz remax while fighting, not after
-inject while fighting thanks
-build more drones
-spread creep faster
-make more queens early on. i used to open with 3-4 queens (depending on scouting, but always at least 3) and i was not losing to stupid early **** + had great creep spread and macro insta at all my expos. i got away from this and now lose to early bull**** more. i dont think there's ANY downside to making 3-4 queens early. **** i played a game before where a protoss went from forge FE into stargate attacking me w/ 4 phoenix and a void ray. old karak freaks out, makes a bunch of hydras (that's a lot of worthless gas and larva when his colossi burn them up). but i just made 5-6 queens + a spore at each expo and that handled everything just perfectly fine AND allowed me to expo and drone up essentially with impunity as he wouldn't have a ground army for a while due to all taht gas!

this was #1 to me:
-stop hedging and playing super safe all the time. this is how you lose every game as you will simply be mediocre vs every strategy. i do this far too often as zerg. i prepare for everything possible rather than just picking a read and going with it.

had a loss before that i was happy about (weirdly enough). terran did an early 2 rax which was effective and forced a lot of lings (lol slag pits why did i even dream of 14 hatching). i knew i was behind and he was making bio off 2 bases while denying my scouting. i could either make an army or make drones. i made about 15-20 drones, then he moved out 15 seconds later and destroyed me.

but if i had made all units with those lava, i would still lose. im not going to beat his army. the only way i win is if i just close my eyes, drone hard and hope for some reason he sits at home. then my economy kicks in and i can make a bunch of **** and possibly win later.

haha remembers me on so much games, were I am like "ONE MORE MINUTE PLZ WAIT ONLY ONE MINUTE WITH YOUR ATTACK AND I ****IN KILL YOU ONE MINUTE" then he moves out and I ragequit

Play less. I think I have an 80% win ratio or something so far in 1v1s.
