Yeah I know it's not final, but just the idea that this is how they do things. Remember queen range buff? It went from 3 to 5 instead of 4. Warhounds get completely axed from the game. Um WOL infestor buff making it the most broken unit in the game? They have no finesse with their patches despite saying stuff like 'this isn't final'

Basic math for area of a circle of 1.1 radius vs 1.75

New area: 3.8
Old Area: 9.6

So like 3x smaller. I am all in favor for a widow mine nerf in ZvT... But lol blizzard, lol.

Yeah that is a claw grip, but mine isn't really like that. That mouse looks like it has no support whatsoever and frankly, like a piece of ****. The G9x supports my hand so well it's hard to explain. The top of my wrist/bottom of my palm pretty much touches the mousepad allowing me to control the mouse with my fingers instead of resting my whole hand on the mouse and controlling it with my wrist.

Like I said it's hard to explain and you'd have to hold/use one to really see the difference.

If you've got a hand the size of a dinner plate, I really don't see how else you're supposed to grip a normal, human-sized mouse.

LOL @ those balance changes. I have been saying for a long time they are too extreme. Also wtf why would DT's need a buff? I like how they are testing buffs for Protoss and Terran, definitely this is needed....

So they wanted to make Protoss more agressive and they decide to do so by buffing DTs and Oracles? Practically the two most gimmicky units in the game?

Do they want every non-toss player to just rage-quit every XvP?

I like the roach speed affecting burrow move change and OP mine change. Mech upgrades combining is fine and so is tank attack speed buff. Huge LOL at the protoss changes. Just man the **** up and redesign the race, Blizzard. You already showed you're willing to do that kind of thing with D3, now do it for an actual competitive game.

did you look at the g500? i had one for several years and highly recommend it. has the mouse weights too, altho i think they are pretty big fail. like im gonna notice an extra 5g in the left corner of my mouse.

From a metagame standpoint, idk why you'd tweak Protoss at all. Literally every unit they have (except carriers?) sees a solid amount of use, to a much better degree than T/Z that have a lot of units which are only utilized in specific matchups/situations. Following the original dark shrine buff, every tech path Protoss has (twilight, stargate, robo) is viable and commonly used. Blizzard is off their ****ing rockers to say something like

dt change is pretty stupid. without concussive shell a dt should basically never die... oracle also really dumb. already too strong of a unit as is.

is there a ss anywhere of what the mine splash change actually looks like? or if it could max kill 20 lings before, what is the money shot now? seems like a hugely drastic change that will prob make tvz pretty broken again. tank is whatever, i dont think 10% dps gonna matter a whole lot. mech upgrades really dont matter imo either.

whats burrow speed supposed to do tho? they say they dont see burrow movement, is it really cause units are too slow? seems like its because it adds very little utility.

For the mine change, the splash area would be 40% as large as it is currently, if that helps at all.

Burrow movement would be more powerful if your roaches' appearance didn't change when you researched it. As it stands, 150/150 for an ability that's supposed to be kind of stealthy yet makes the fact that you researched it blatantly obvious isn't terribly useful.

finally started 1v1ing my 2v2 partner again tonight. hes who got me into sc2, he used to be good at 4 gating and got into masters. back when i started actually playing, we would 1v1 a few times cause i was awful and he would win. lately, he been claiming hes the best, but snap declining every time i say to 1v1.

tonight decide to start a running tally, put up a nice 3-0 start cause hes awful. game 1, 4 drops worth of units kill him, g2, maka rax makes him think i proxied for about 5 mins. a tiny push kills him. g3, i decide he finally must be allining me, and had already decided to 2 base tank push. 1 bunker + 1 tank and some marines enough to defend. 2nd tank, he says on skype, why the **** do you ever have tanks out? and snap leaves.

to give an angle on his current thought of the game, tanks are the most op thing other than zerg.
