Yeah checking 3 streets then raising the river made no sense at all to me. Also checking the river just seemed so bad, and if he or anyone was checking any sort of value hand for three streets it makes no sense to raise given I would think the logic of checking would mean he was afraid of a stronger hand. I.e. he had J10 worried about flush/FH, I could see someone behind me raising which would be an ez fold obv.

I played a bit of it all. I played 50 nl seriously for a bit but that turned into sngs which ended up as me playing Stud8, which is my best game, badugi, plo8, some turbo/super turbo mtts, horse, ****ing a bit of everything. But mainly Stud8.

I've actually had some articles I've written on Stud8 published in the 2p2 magazine.

League was well ahead of SC2 even back when I started playing last year, not sure why you think I would be?

I think SC2 hit triple digits during WCS which is the highest it's been in forever.

I think raising pf to $11 is fine, I think checking flop is fine. I like betting the turn as theres plenty of draws and live players love to call incorrectly. Its less likely for them to have a Q since theres 2 on the board, and if theyre checking a K then w/e, they are giving you money by letting you see free cards when you have like T9 here or AJ or something and are checking it back. Betting the river as played is ok-ish too. At 1/2 they are dumb enough to call you with a 9 here, just make it nice and small. Ez fold to the ch/r. Nobody knows how to do that correctly til maybe 5/10.

Are you still Silver? I would be happy to play some customs and go over replays with you etc. I am not a big off racer so I have no idea what level my P or T are but I could do specific zerg stuff you want to practice with or just off race and then point out your mistakes (these games might not be useful for "reacting" to builds etc as I don't know them very well but I assume silvers don't either.)

Ok so last season I played hardly any games on NA server, I came like 53rd Diamond. I haven't played since. Won my placement suspiciously easily. Placed in gold. Haha wtf? Does MMR decay due to inactivity? Or is there so much doubt about my actual MMR that they go conservative or something? I got placed in Diamond in EU again ldo.

How many games until back in Diamond place your bets now...
