It wouldn't surprise me if you played at least a few games every now and again.

I tried to grind ladder on my smurf but I got bored with it. Lately I've been getting more and more bored with lol, so it's entirely possible that I go back to that, at least for a little while.

It's just really hard not knowing any builds/strategy. I can micro as well as I could before (I think) but I know no timings.

i too am getting bored of LoL. the novelty has worn off and the toxicity has grown enormously.

It's fun to duo with you guys or play 5s but I would never solo queue. Huge waste of time. It just turns into something to do while on skype/vent.

The problem with league of legends is that there's 4 other people that aren't me on the team.

LOL is awesome who your team is your friends. Sucks ass when your team is full of douchebags who spend more time in chat yelling about **** than they do actually paying attention to the game

The last time I played league was with 4 other friends and one friend just sucked massive dick and fed... And instead of the normal screaming/blaming pubs we just kind of sat there in rageful silence not having the heart to tell the friend how bad he is at league of legends.

Something about the game just tilts me, idk... I can't understand how league has 50k+ viewers on twitch all the time when sc2 has a fraction of that. To me it's(SC2) clearly a better game to watch both first person streams as well as casts. Maybe I'm biased because I actually consider myself "good" at sc2 while I don't even know all the champions in LoL anymore because I haven't felt the need to give a **** about that game.

In short, league of legends is gay. Maybe someone can explain the appeal of that game besides needing good teamwork (which I don't know how it's possible with a bunch of pubs and no voice chat), and it being free to play?

If you rage over your friend being bad you are one of the toxic people, teach him to play instead. Everyone isn't born a magical MOBA hero, to be upset about someone "sucking" is more a problem than someone actually being bad.

I've had it explained to me that it's a lot less stressful because even when you lose, you can blame it on other people. They likened it to how a lot of people in starcraft prefer team games to ladder because their failures aren't their own. This of course is in addition to the fact that some people just prefer playing team games.

Whenever an SC2 game features a turtly brood lord zerg, I sort of wonder why I'm even watching. SC2 games in general have much more buildup/downtime than a LoL game before serious interaction occurs (ex: laning starts @ ~2 mins, and stuff can happen before that too). In general, an SC2 cast is often just the casters identifying what build(s) are going on, and what you can expect & when. A LoL game & cast can be much more chaotic though, with 3+ areas of interest even from the early game. The sacrifice is that you almost never 100% know what's going on everywhere like you can in an SC2 cast, at least before full on teamfights start happening.

Sounds like a very jelly hater to me. I like both games myself, they're both super entertaining at the highest level.
