For me anyway, it's not really about winning or losing as much as it's about it being mind numbing and boring. Yes I can play what I think is the best build and not really deviate anything at all and mostly win. But where's the fun? I have zero improvisation, the build order is almost 100% the same every game and if I don't do anything creative I will mostly win. Yay. The other matchups I can actually do several different openings, adapt to what they're doing and end in several different fashions with a lot of small skirmishes and harassments etc. If i do this in mirror I will probably just lose every game, which is no fun either. And still I chose my race almost 100% dependent on having the mirror be the most interesting and versatile (TvT)

they want to make ladder more like tournaments and they dont make that very simple change? it's the most unfair spawn position/map combo in the entire pool (although antiga is prob close, at least on entombed it's better for protoss). how could they not remove that?
