Walling your front TvT is awful. The lateral sides of minerals is ok for marine drops.

Walling ZvT is just to prevent dumb counters that do more damage than they should bc of speed. The front walls/spaced out depots Koreans make are to absorb roach and ling/bling hits for interior tanks/marine kiting.

Walling vs protoss is to absorb zealot hits when you have a tank or marauder heavy ball. It's also good when you ve got a planetary to prevent the planetary being auto surrounded. If built at the right distance depots will get priority first and planetary can blow off bunched up charge lots.

Our brains can be real pieces of work. It's like you have no control over your emotions at times.

I love how everyone on TL is freaking out about DRG and Boxer being there... while MVP is a two time champion and the likely favourite to win the whole thing.

I had a game on Typhon the other day. For some reason my last 3-4 PvPs have all been the opponent doing a zealot rush to start the game.

I end up holding it off. Then I go to make a quick counter attack and he's walled in by 2 gateways with cannons behind it.

I played pretty bad, but I ended up getting caught OOP looking for his expansions on the other side of the map where a bunch of VRs came in and destroyed me. He also had a Dark Shrine that never worked. I got so pissed and told him how bad he was. I had 1 colossus killing his main, killing his DTs bc I had an observer too. His micro was so bad and I made sure to let him know.

But all of that has helped me to see when a zealot rush is coming so I just make a forge and cannon at the top of my ramp as fast as I can.

And oh yeah....I veto Backwater.

Not sure if srs, DRG and MMA have a better chance than MVP imo, people have caught up.

One where there is no concern for match-ups that don't involve Protoss.

This should get you into silver. Keep using this build and your mechanics will improve, try adding more strategies and late game play as you improve
