First off, stop playing LoL. I don't know how you find that game fun.

I think you should at least play 1 or 2 games a day, maybe even 3, inbetween playing LoL. Just accept any outcome.

Don't have expectations of being Master level, just play to have fun and test your skrillaz.

I think the most I've played in one day is like 4 or 5 games. I need to grind it out.

I have a friend just like this. Unfortunately I was a bad friend and got him started on LoL. For those who don't know, LoL stands for League of Legends which is a dota game.

I told him the same thing, just one game a day of Starcraft a day. He did it for 3 days and stopped. Ever since then, for the past 3-4 months he has been playing LoL everyday. I think the problem with him is that he's scared to ladder, which is funny because once he hits lvl 30 on LoL, he's going to jump straight into ranked games. And as far as I know, LoL doesn't hide wins or losses, nor do they bonus pools

Shattered is OK to handle cause of the curvy rush distance and creative stuff you can do there. Still tough.

Metal I still haven't mastered, although I struggle more with 2 base tank pushes (dropping a planetary at the 3rd) more than anything on that map.

Also I had like 4-5 30+ minute games last night with 2 being 45+.

The T who lost the ZvT in the 40 minute one was REAL mad.

why? as T you have about 13 min in game time to beat a Z, after that, insta loss.

He had 4 (FOUR) planetary fortresses on the choke that led to his main with turrets all around them, but he never entrenched the right side. At one point I attacked his 5th and 6th and he actually had to kill one of his planetaries to get out and get to me, and then I sat on the high ground selectively neuraling thors. He had that force trapped in the 6th, but I dropped a nydus and evac'd them that way.

He also hit a nice little critical mass of thors, but I used my elite infestor play to deal with them (e click e click e click e click LOL).

But I was getting close to mined out (at least of gas) and nervous. I had nydus worms all over the map and finally a nydus got up in his main with ultras and lings coming out of it which caused him to just get frustrated and leave his entrenched position and attack (and I just turned everything around and went back in the nydus and back out on my side and won).

Then he got MAD. He should have reteched to BCs (I'm serious).

It's because LOL is easy, and Starcraft is hard.

Nerd Alert: I just started watching Dragon Ball from the beginning. I'm only in like 10 episodes. Goku is still a little kid. I'm going to try and watch them all, all the way through Dragon Ball Z.

When I was like in 8th-9th grade, I can't remember exactly, I would come home from school, go over to my friend's house, and he'd be watching Dragon Ball Z. It was on right when we got home from school. I always hated it because I thought it was stupid. Now I'm watching it from the beginning to follow the story.

I haven't gotten to the super saiyan yet so I don't know how that fits into the story. I'd like to help out your friend get into SC2, but I have to stick to the storyline. In fact, I should be using an avatar of baby Goku.

My favorite part so far:

Goku meets Bulma, they sleep in the house that Bulma made. Goku lays down between Bulma's legs and realizes she doesn't have a dick. Goku sits up, turns around, slaps her on the vag, Bulma jumps up screaming at Goku, and Goku says, "It's your balls, Bulma!! They're gone!!"
