Why would I shark mode if you made a bunch of lings and not drones?

Its hard to say I dont doubt what you say is true, you are able to react and makes units at the appropriate time. I find I have a very easy time either attacking and killing or pulling back before Im at risk. In the end it comes down to player skill I just tried to address your points that felt like you were saying toss couldnt do anything about this magic zerg/bane build. Granted I havent faced it and if you are able to find a good balance between army and drones Im sure its very hard to beat but I imagine you havent played too many protoss who use hallucination correctly and are able to balance moving out and defending well either.

I didn't say it isn't beatable (although you perhaps missed incontrol losing game after game after game to it when he 100% knew it was coming last week). I just said it's not beatable without very good heavy sentry play is all. 3 gate expo into stargate harass or other options are very effective against it.

But don't move far from your base or into the open with that shark ball or it's GG.

I also do **** like hide my lings, keep my army spread out forcing effective scouting, etc.. You can't simply be a standard toss who lazily moves around harassing with his impenetrable shark ball until he can *yawn* macro up a deathball and a-move win. You gotta be ready for me to randomly attack at times, you need to be extremely vigilant at your base, you need to be prepared every time you move out, etc. I go well out of my way to make protoss players feel very uncomfortable in my games and it's been really effective.

lol...played a 4v4 earlier. ally gets cannon rushed, other ally disconnects. so now it's 4 v. 2.5 players...pulled out the win. feels so good.

hehe I know how that feels, played with a friend 2v2 yesterday and they canonrushed me and the ****in zerglings made it somehow impossible for me to stop that, but the canons were at my ramp(All my buildings too) so the nexus was out of range. I microed for such a longtime with my 2 zealots and probes against those ****in zerglings.
Ally could not help because of the canons on the ramp so he went for the counter and killed lots of workers and made the zerglings retreat.
We then won the game and I had to write "That`s what u get for cheesing bastard" (I`m worse than Idra in raging)

MMR is not reset. Only ladder points.

Just got my 5 wins in a row achievement. After avoiding it for a month I finally decided to just go for it.

First time I ever played on Typhon Peaks, PvZ. I get my first Stalker out, have it on Hold position in my choke. I know his zerglings are chasing my probe. Probe hits my Stalker, which was actually a good thing because it caused the zerglings to attack the probe while my stalker was able to get some hits in. I had my rally point on my gateway set to go up and around my cybernetics core so that it would go behind my stalker. Sure enough it pops straight out on my ramp on top of the zerglings. Nothing I could do. He took down my sentry and my stalker. At that point I was just like, "****, I lose my chance at this achievement because of that."

He almost wiped out my mineral line, which set me back a ton. But I was able to get some zealots out and block my ramp better.

Then I got a VR thinking I'd throw him off if he was just going to get all zerglings. Sniped an Overlord and a Queen but then another queen took it out. So now I'm way behind, but I saw that he was making a hydralisk den so I just went for colossus and expanded. Built up to 200 and went and attacked him. He didn't stand a chance.

Had 2/2 and charge.

Now that I got that achievement out of the way I might just go for it and play some more. My adrenaline gets going and it's hard to play more than 1 game at a time though.

I lost a ton of games tonight in 3v3 and 4v4 because of ******ed things. So, I was a little tilted. Looked at my 1v1 win/loss, and it was something 20 wins 22 losses. Figured I'd ladder and get it to .500, you know, because I'm in bronze and they are terrible. I launch a game and just totally suck. I get matched up with a terran. Np, bronze terrans are lol bad.

So, I 4 gate. I do the build order fairly decently. Warp research at 5:30 or so, the remaining 3 gateways finish right before it's done. I'm booking. I rarely ever send the probe out to make a proxy though, until I'm ready to attack, I like to warp in 4 units, walk out, make the pylon, and while attacking with my 6 units, I make the pylon to see if it's going to work and if I should continue to send reinforcements or whatever. Ok, so I go to warp in my first 4 units and I turn all of the warpgates back into gateways. So, I lose like 20 seconds. Finally get the 4 units up. I go to attack. I kill his small force. break his wall with the 6 units, I have 4 alive still, so I warp in 4 more. I continue the attack. Oh hai, he went cloak banshee. So, immediately, I drop a forge for cannons at mineral line. Banshees basically rape my army as I retreated. I get a few back to base. Turns out, I have no pylon in my mineral line. Forge is done though. So, pylon goes up, cannon starts to be made, and then 3 banshees show up. I manage to just barely get an expo, and I move all of my probes there. He does kill my nexus, but I'm hurting minerals and probes, because he did get some of them. I throw 3 pylons up at the expo, and drop 2 cannons, one in front of nexus, one in the mineral line. Apparently, this is bad placement and he's able to snipe it with banshees, cloaked.

I'm a terrible player. I accidentally made a star gate instead of robo bay for obs. so, it's like, uh I already ****ed up, might as well make some voids and see what I can do. I end up some how making about 3 vr's, and 10 stalkers before he gets my nexus, he was denying cannon building

I suck, thanks. Just wanted to type this out because I'm annoyed that I lose to a ****ty bronze player.

That sucks. Just have to keep playing. I play a ton of custom games against the AI just to stay fresh on my APM and working on macro/micro. I've gotten a lot better with keeping my materials low when I expand.

Just have to be slow and steady and make sure what you're doing is efficient.

Any time something happens, whether it be something you didn't expect, a mistake you made, or something you just didn't know about, it's a learning opportunity to not repeat the next time.

I'm sure even the pro players have to learn the new maps and end up getting beat by a few of those little hidden features of maps. For them, though, they play so many games that they learn from their mistakes and just keep on going.

I still have to keep telling myself that I'll always be 50% and that one game doesn't mean anything. With the bonus pool you can go 50% and still be gaining points easily. 33% and you're breaking even.

I found it really helpful to turn on the hotkey letters on my grid (is that what it's called)? Go into Options and it's somewhere in there.

I used to (still do) get confused with Twilight V > C and Robo Bay V > B. In the back of my mind I know Colossus is C so I just automatically think V > C.

I've also found it useful with upgrades because I don't use them that often, although I do now. But it's very quick to just glance down at the button and see G and A right on the icon and then just click it on my keyboard.
