SC2 Low Content Thread: no u - Page 83 - Video Games

Different questions. The SMP one really really helped me out. It translates really easily into code. The one in this thread was for the standard normal distribution, but translating that into code looks a little daunting. The hint given with the question was "sin-cos technique" but I'm unfamiliar with that, because **** trig. I'm supposed to be creating a program that will generate various distributions. The programming is fairly straight forward, but this math **** is a big bucket of what the ****.

Look up the series expansion of the inverse error function and use that to how ever many terms you need.

I'll think about the Sine-Cosine technique.
