Anyone got any ideas on what I should upgrade for my computer to run sc2 better?

I'm currently on the 30 inch monitor but I play in windowed mode. I'm currently playing on everything low since my computer has been having issues with crashing mid-game.

Windows 7 Home
Processer Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 3.0ghz
4 gig DDR2-800 ram installed only 3.25 usable since I installed Windows 7 32 bit by accident when I first got it.

MotherBoard:MSI G31TM-P21-I can probably upgrade my ram to 8 gigs for ~$150 but I'll need to re-install Windows 7 to 64bit. But I'm not sure if the OEM Windows will stay since I already switched out the motherboard.

Power Supply of 700~750 watts
Nvidia Geforce 320 MB 8800 GTS- Is this graphic card too outdated?

Bottleneck is gonna be CPU/ram. I would just get a new computer. You can put something together for $500 that crushes that.

Blah I can't afford to spent $500 right now. Maybe after I start working. If I could upgrade right now, I would spend $200 max.

I would replace the CPU and Ram but then I'll need to find a way to get a copy of Windows 7.

I'm going to try and reformat my computer and reinstall the OEM. If my computer bricks, I'll have to upgrade then... :\
