i dont read and analyze every post in every thread. if you think someone is a blatant troll account that is having an overall negative impact on the forum, please use the report post feature and give me some context with the report. i also have the tendency to start glossing over posters that i perceive as bad posters and may perhaps miss some obvious negative content out of them that should be addressed, so the post report feature helps even in threads you think i read.

it's also possible there's something i think is overall not a huge issue, but if many of you do think it's an issue, then it becomes an issue to me. my opinion is not the end all be all and if the entire sc2 forum community as a whole thinks something is detrimental, then im definitely going to try and act on it/fix it.

Meh, I feel the best way to deal with it is to just not post in those threads. As I will not be anymore.

no the best way is to not let one person ruin a thread for other top contributors to the forum

Beat: Arts beats and eats in Royal Oak this weekend, which is generally an epic cluster****.

brag! 7:45pm Monday, George Clinton and the Parliament Funkadelic

Variance: golfing up north this weekend, 8am tee time plus 4 hour drive home monday. Not sure if I'll be able to make George Clinton

Whatever you get, make sure it has in the details that it is a full keyboard, otherwise it's awkward to get used to and switch back and forth from. I used to have an acer aspire timeline and loved it, but the TimelineX series is expensive, so I suggest the Acer Aspire One. My father has one, and it has excellent battery life and good functionality for what you seem to be looking for. Good luck in your search.

PS: The Acer Aspire One is a pretty good deal, as it has 250GB hard drive, 11.6" screen, 2 GB of ram and a 256MB dedicated Radeon graphics card, all for under $300 shipped on amazon. It has windows 7, of course.

Where do you go to school pwn? I'd venture Laurier, but 65% female describes about half the schools in Ontario

Close, I'm at Guelph. Funny to think I could have ended up in a waterloo engineering program, where the ratio would be more like

3 white guys:40 asian guys:1 indian girl

Haha, well it's the old running joke about the Waterloo Engineering department.

What does Waterloo Engineering fear? The immigration department

I study a brand new bachelors programme at Stockholm University called "Digital Media" and there are 55% women in my class ;S

I'm also a Digital Media student doing a Game Design tract and it seems around 55-60% men 40-45% women. The top 1% of the attractive women in the tract are probably around the 50% of overall attractive women. I guess they do get points for enjoying video games and totally nerding out.
