I'd love to see the tech demos from 8 years ago for the PS3 and 360 to see what kinds of stuff they were showing them and how much of it was real vs. how much of it was lofty idealistic bull****.

No way to know that. Depends on how much CPU/GPU power went into that face and how much is still there for the rest of the entire game.

He said it was being rendered in real time on the PS4, so we could see it this generation. Notable is the fact that the head was the only thing on the screen (so, no rest of the game taking place).

I have nfi what is going on in this demo but it looks like horse****, you can't simultaneously have a lot of control over the experience while your only instrument of control is holding a button down and waving your ****ing hand
