Ya this is my biggest issue. Pretty much the only time I play games now is going over to friends' houses and I barely even play my own console but still buy games. If I cant play a game I bought on multiple consoles then they are just useless pieces of plastic.


Guess Ill go back to playing sports or something lol.


I really think the big reason console games reign is being able to play with friends, at least thats how it is for me. If I cant buy Mortal kombat or Twisted Metal and bring it over to multiple friends' houses then why buy these games. Im not gonna play it by myself, these games are designed to play with friends. PC is more of a lone wolf or online deal, not Ill bring my disk over and we can play 2 player. Its part of the console history and why its so huge imo. With out that aspect I woulda lost interest in console gaming over a decade ago.

It's too soon, I only feel like I got my PS3 last week.

And by 2PM EST I mean 2PM Pacific 5PM Eastern.

If they make it impossible to sell and buy used games, I'll probably still, eventually, buy a console when that game comes out that I just *have* to have. But I'm going to put more work into making sure that I'm going to like the games I buy.

Today I can buy a game and if I don't like it, I can sell it and get some money back.

I'll also probably never preorder a game, ever.

GTAV will force me to get a console, which I hate'ish. I prefer PC (well, Mac in PC mode) and would be willing to wait for games to come out for that. But not GTAV. That is a camp-out-at-Best Buy-to-get-both-the-console-and-the-game kind of... uh... game.

Wish they would make it PS3/PS2 backward compatible...

I'd go so far as to say it the PS4 will have limited PS4 compatibility.

These companies need to realize that gamers generally don't give a **** about social media features on consoles, they aren't a selling point.
