For those waiting for a price drop on psvr, about two months after launch, a bundle is out about 2 hundo less than launch price.

I will have at least 1 extra beta code for ghost recon if anyone wants it. Only catch is they make people send it thru Uplay. add my PSN name DoyleHargraves69 on ubisoft club and I will send it to the 1st friend request I receive through them. I May have 2 depending on whether or not a friend of mine wants one.

I am leaving for a couple hours but will; send codes this afternoon.

That's $499, the same as launch bundle price. You've been seeing scalper prices I'd guess.

They can't make PSVRs fast enough right now, very unlikely there would be any price drop yet.

Yeah $499 is launch price and PSVR has been mostly unavailable everywhere for some time now.

This reminds me. I thought I already posted about it, but RE7 on PSVR might be the most incredible VR experience I've had yet. Hopefully, some other AAA devs can learn a few things from Capcom about how they handled locomotion and whatnot.

Oh, I thought 499 was the base price and the bundles ran about 200 more

This.

Don't worry. It won't be long before you think you're better than you really are, just like everyone else!

Yeah this is pretty huge news. My 5tb external will lead to PS selling me more games. No idea why this isn't standard as a rule.

+1 on this.

Easily the best experience I've had yet on PSVR. I think the slow/sneak gameplay style is well suited to this generation of VR, and also the dark/spooky horror-film-like lighting of the game fits well with the the natural graininess of the PSVR.

Game play moment description in spoiler tags for nits - not really a spoiler of the story or anything:
Spoiler:
There was one moment where you had to sneak past a guy who wanted to cave your head in with a shovel, and as he turned around and started to walk out of the room where I was hiding behind some boxes, I started to creep out - leaning to the right to see around the corner - when he sudddenly turned and looked right at me. I scurried for cover and actually held my breath thinking he was gonna rush me. Really great moment.

Never got around to doing a more complete review of RE7, but basically it's a very good game but it unfortunately loses steam as it goes. The best parts of the game are frontloaded.

Grading the game by "acts"

Intro: A
Act 1: A+
Act 2: A+
Act 3: B+
Act 4: B-
Act 5: B
Finale: C-

You can see the trend, the game never gets bad or anything, but the trend is steadily downwards so it leaves you longing for the beginning sections were are excellent.

Agree. Still a very fun game. And the DLC is fun also.

Not quite finished, but I think I would agree with this. Definitely have enjoyed it.

Kinda bored, feel like I should be a new game, but don't want the mental commitment of a big fancy new $60 game. I can get Elder Scrolls Online for $18 and Shadow of Mordor for $8. Thoughts on those?

I could also just drop $60 for Nioh - big Dark Souls series fan - but I'm feeling too lazy for that right now

I really enjoyed Shadow of Mordor, easily worth a play through at $8. It's an action "brawler" similar to the Batman Arkham games, if you've played them, but you end up super powerful and able to just cleave through hordes of orcs. The system by which the orcs rank up and will remember your previous battles (if they escape or kill you) is pretty unique too.

Yea I own/played a lot of it (tbh didn't finish it yet - I think it's way more action/less RPG than Dark Souls, enough to make me not finish, but I will eventually).

Cool! Yea I just grabbed it because of the price, intrigued so far. I never got into the Batman games, combat seems just ok so far, but I love LOTR so it will probably keep me entertained.

Just finished FFXV. Looking for suggesting on what to play through next. It takes me quite a while to go through games and I usually don't buy them until they drop below $20-$25 in price (did break this rule for FFXV because I really like the Final Fantasy series). Here's the main games I have:

- Until Dawn (Maybe 5-10% through?)
- Nathan Drake Collection
- Uncharted 4: A Thief's End
- The Last Of Us Remastered
- Digimon Cyber Sleuth
- Both Witcher 3 Expansions (Beat the main game about 6 months ago or so and really enjoyed it)

I'm also playing through the following games slowly on and off with my wife:
- Ratchet and Clank
- Lego Marvel Super Heroes
- Rayman Legends

Personally I am leaning towards either the Witcher 3 expansions or TLOU.

For Anyone who has a playstation TLOU should be mandatory to playthrough. Plus you will be up to speed when TLOU 2 even lastier comes out.
