bought that yesterday, game looks super sick, def the best looking game I've played so far. story seems v good also

apparently the MP is censored in the EU, but it doesn't really seem like a game with a good MP, havent tried it yet tho
CO OP would be cool, but don't think that's included

You're not missing out on a lot with the PS3 version, it's really only a visual difference. Tho I will say the 60fps as apposed to 30 is a nice upgrade. If you havn't played it before it's still prob the best looking game on PS3 and you'll enjoy it a ton.

Last of Us was one of my favorite games on PS3, but I can't really justify paying another $60 to play it again on PS4.

You can trade in your PS3 copy at Gamestop and get the PS4 copy for $25 through August 2nd. I'm on the fence about even doing that, though. I have no desire to play it again right now and the PS3 version is so damned good, anyway.

Thanks, I just started it. It looks like a next gen game to me...no complaints here on the graphics.

I'm only 10 minutes in and I can already see what the hype is about. It's intense.

can someone tell me if the ps4 is ever going to allow more than 4 controllers on one console?
I currently have 5 friends over and I am super tilted that we all can't play

this is just beyond ridicoulus, even the ps3 supported 7 controllers.
I am SO pissed that I bought a ps4 instead of a XBOX one right now

ah that's what I expected obvs.

It would make no sense at all for the NEWEST generation of consoles that is released 7 years after the last one to support 3 less players.

honestly I didn't even check this feature since I expected that the Playstation did at least support 10 players, so that you can play as one team on fifa...

I am just really dissapointed right now and pissed too, should have not taken anything for granted.

may I ask why you would need to have 10 players play at once on one console?

FIFA is one of the few games I could see that being practical

well I often have 5-8 friends over, who all would obvs., play at once

since watching other people play is quite boring.

I finally kind of got my PSN issue fixed. I ended up getting a cable to connect the PS4 to the router. Not sure why it couldn't connect through the wifi but it's working fine being hardwired.

most ive ever played was 4 people total playing some smash bros. i cant think of a PS4 game that would be fun with that many people at once demanding the screen

In NHL you have the luxury of having a player for every position on your team if you manage to assemble 6 players(altough the 6 guy has to be the goaltender, which like in RL is a very special position) ;D

Dualshock 4s on sale for $45. Take another $10 off using the promo code "WELCOME" when you register as a new customer:

http://www.rakuten.com/prod/playstat...27-342360841-2

This should come in very handy for those looking for nine extra controllers for FIFA.

Anyone seen any PS4 deals/bundles lately?

Also, I'm probably going to sell my PS3 500GB model and my two remaining games (GTA 5 + FIFA 14) -- how can I maximize my trade value?

Thought about just selling locally on Craigslist, pocketing the cash and then using remaining funds to buy PS4.

I just upgraded my PS4 hard disk to a 2TB model, the 500 was almost full and there is a lot of games coming in the near future!

Process was relatively painless, by far the hardest was cracking open the USB enclosure to extract the 2TB goodness without destroying it (so I can re-use it with the original 500GB HDD later on). Using the Seagate USB 3 expansion drive though makes it a bargain - £80 to me for a roomy 2TB PS4 and a handy 500GB USB 3.0 external portable drive, is great

If anyone else is interested in doing this, this is the exact drive I used: http://www.amazon.com/Seagate-Expans...agate+2TB+usb3 (even cheaper in USA of course)

And I watched this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vGerAyesQZY - Seagate Expansion Portable Drive 2tb tear down/disassembly. Will it work in a PS4?

And this series of imgur pics (this guy uses a slightly different Seagate): http://imgur.com/a/JF5jA

A worthy upgrade indeed! hope it doesn't break though, doing this of course voids warranty on the Seagate!

edit: This isn't a fast hard disk - it is expected to perform in line / slightly better than the stock 500GB, the intention here for me was to get as much space for as cheap as possible.

Where in the ps menu would I find out how much space my current hard drive has?

On the main home screen, "Settings" up top over to the right, then "System Storage Management"

Buzz is the only game I have played with 8 people. You used to be able to put 2 "4 extra controller things into the ps1 but very few games supported that many.
I think track and field may have been one of them.
