Bigger beat: Wasting at least 2 breakable incubator uses on that garbage. Save the 2k eggs for the unlimited use incubator.

hit level 23 today, and pokedex is at 84. I ran across an alakazam and rhydon today as well. Both <200 cp tho

.

Want to sink some money into this to buy some incubators, but still feel dirty for spending money in this type of game.

Ran after 100 people yelling "omg a pikachu spawned nearby" for 5 minutes today (wasn't that nearby

). I arrive and see it spawn and try to catch it only to realize I messed up my phone again in the rain and it wasn't responding at all. I frantically start cleaning it stressing out way too much for a ****ing Pikachu. I finally get it working again and catch it right before having a heart attack. 2 minutes later a second one spawned. 44 candies to go for a raichu

I don't mind playing in the rain/cold but my screen getting messed up all the time is super frustrating

. I probably wont play this game much in the winter.

Just take the gyms, put up your players that will last an hour so you can go get other gyms and collect your coins at the end. The remote gyms or ones where people don't have access to put your strongest players so you can leave them on for weeks on end.

There are different players and move sets you want to hold a gym defense.

There is no need to spend money.

I saw my first wild Pikachu yesterday (hatched one a couple weeks ago). Only got one throw at it before it broke out and ran away.

Snorlax spawned on top of my apartment (it's a big spawn spot for some reason, usually **** spawns tho). Bad IV's but at least it's a snorlax.

FYI, if you waste an item due to server connectivity you should submit a support ticket. It may take awhile, but they'll credit it back to you. They just gave me a lucky egg from a ticket I submitted mid-July.

This game is so ****ing random. Only had caught two exeggecutes before today and just got my 2nd exeggutor of the day. It was ??? CP and ended up being only 90 points higher than the other one. Different moveset though so that's cool.

I just caught my first dragonite. Was ??? cp and escaped over 20 times. Never seen anything like it. 2200 cp. Level 23.

Finally got to level 20.

It's 50,000 ****ing experience to get to 21!

At that rate I'll probably stop soon because it's going to take me three months to get to 30 even with some mass evolves.

Where are these gyms that you can hold down for weeks on end, that people don't have access to?

Lucky if I can hold down 2 at once except for 4-5am when people are usually sleeping

Gym system is flawed. Fights are so buggy/laggy. Sure I still enjoy taking down gyms and throwing a magikarp in there, but hardly worth the effort/time to sit there and battle

Crazy part was after he escaped a few times I got the spinning pokeball loading icon for over a minute so I put on airplane mode and closed everything then restarted it. He showed back up right away which I did not expect.

Yeah wow that seems like an insane catch for level 23.

I'm 21 (80% of the way to 22) and caught a 1286 Magmar, my highest CP so far. Has decent moves and 95% IV so I maxed him out to 1447. Looking forward to beating down some exeggutors and vileplumes.

It gets worse. I am working down 200k trying to get to level 27. My goal is to just hit level 30 and keep gyms for extended periods of time.
