What should I do with eggs? Fire 'em up all or save for special occasions? How does unlimited incubator differ from a limited one? How about all these low CP Weedles et al. - evolve, power up, transfer? What does transfering mean? Thanks in advance.

You get 10 coins every 21 hours.

Documentation is non existent but the button top right of shop can be clicked every 21 hours to give 10xdefenders assigned. I have been just taking over to get the ten coins. I don't see how I could hold even two long enough unless it's middle of the night.

Also you get exp for training at the gym. I put a golduck in to beat it up with ivysaur before someone just takes over or assign a new Pokémon

same. I claim the 10 coins as soon as I take one over, no chance at getting a second before losing the first.

you want to save a lot of things to evolve for when you can activate a lucky egg and get double xp

doesnt really kill you to be doing it now for some quick levels though since you can always catch more

Ok what i thought i have 2 lucky eggs that im saving up , i keep 2 guys always and transfer the rest of the 800 drowzees and weedles i get

lucky eggs double xp for 30 minutes. if you keep all of your weedles then you can evolve a lot of them and get 1000 xp each when doing so

I walked up and down the western coast of Manhattan. Psyducks, magikarps, magnetons, and voltorbs along the coast.

any point in keeping a bunch of the same pokemon or should i just transfer them? got quite a bit of rattata/weedle/caterpies

Just played the game with my kid for the first time. Went to the park where there were five Pokestops and Pokemon everywhere (though we actually had trouble finding them). Yup, he's hooked.

Most of the people at the park were playing Pokemon Go.

I also wasted 30 minutes today playing. Finished doing some work at the library (I camped there because it was a Pokestop, so I figured might as well do work there, rather than go home) then decided to take one lap around a couple parking lots to hit four Pokestops. On my way back to the car, I saw someone had put lures on two adjacent Pokestops, so OF COURSE I had to sit there with him for half an hour. Three other people ended up coming by, too. It was fun, but this is already becoming a huge time waster.

I randomly got 3 of them in quick succession last night after seeing none for the first three days playing the game.

Is it worth paying extra attention to the shuffling leaves on the map? Or are the odds of there being a Pidgey or a Zubat the same, just in a ~fixed location?

Been holding a gym for 19 hours now. 2 more for another cash in. If that holds steady might go for a second gym tonight

I just leveled up for the first time. Got 58 evolutions in and game crashed twice. Think I could have gotten 65-70 if not for that. Went from early lvl16 to early lvl19

You all should get in contact with your local teams. My city has a team Mystic fb page that's thriving. Communication is quick and simple, folks meeting up all hours of the day. I haven't had any trouble holding 10 gyms before cashing in every day.

We're throwing together a weekend meet up, 200 Mystics already confirmed to attend. And there's a general Pokemon Go gathering the following day that's looking to be massive.

Edit: Also, I just visited my mom yesterday who lives in a podunk town and wow, I certainly feel sorry for you rural cats. I definitely would not be as enthused about this game if I didn't live in a city with a dense map and active community.
