Are there any Gen2 in 2k/5k eggs? Can't remember the last time I hatched one

Yup. This is the current list (I think) https://pokemongohub.net/generation-...-ii-egg-chart/

Figured, just whining. There's actually a handful that would be useful to me.. even some common ones. Here's hoping my rands improve.

I would like to say that the pinap berries are GOAT

Just spent 15 minutes training a gym up to level 10 only to get instantly sniped. Hate gyms so much

I don't know how people have multiple gyms at once, I'd love to have multiple gyms but this is the kind of bs you have to put up with

I don't get why that's even allowed when opposing teams can't snipe a gym you just took down.

Does anyone here use a Pokemon Go Plus? I noticed that the prices are finally starting to drop. LOL are wearing that thing but I like the idea of not needing your phone out all the time. MSRP is $35 but they are difficult to find at that price. Amazon has it for $42.

Just spend 15 minutes leveling up a ******edy placed gym. (the gym is inside a huge church and you can't go in, so you have to stand really close to the gym.) Right before I am finished leveling it up, I get a gps bump and get a bit "too far away" so a "anti-cheating" thing kicks in and I can't attack the gym anymore. Thank you Niantic..

Even better 3 days ago in the middle of the nigth I leveld up a gym from 9 to 10 and I got "sniped" by a cheater. At least the anti-cheating thing works on the non cheaters..

Caught my first Unown ("E")! Was lucky that I was running errands by a car and saw a tracker notification of a spawn less than 10 minutes drive away. Was quite fun to see 10-20 people flocking phones at their hand at a random dark road corner.

Was saving up coins until the storage upgrade was half price. Loaded up on them and can hold 950 now. My plan is to get up to around 600-700 ready to evolve, then wait for a double XP event and use lucky eggs.

Question: Say I have a 500CP larvitar and a 300CP larvitar. The 300CP has a higher IV rating than the 500. Do they both have the same max possible HPs when fully upgraded, the 300CP one just taking more candy/stardust to get there?

Higher IV will have very slightly higher max cp.

Different IVs have different weight in the CP equation, attack and stamina are more dominant than defence. E.g. 15-15-10 will have smaller max. CP than 15-10-15. So I'd recommend checking the exact values before choosing which one to evolve. For example these two poor 42.2 % IV Snorlax I have: a "balanced" (6-6-7) Snorlax has a max. CP of 2855, but a Snorlax that has perfect attack but complete crap otherwise (15-0-2) has a max. CP of 2926

you dont need to understand it. it makes essentially no difference. If it really mattered, those stats wouldn't be hidden.

Depending on your local gym meta, CP can be the only thing that matters anymore/currently: I've read from reddit that on some areas the Pokémon at a gym can be within 50 CP range of each other, so +/- 50 means the world (either you are at the top of the gym or the first one to get shaved off). Luckily this is not the yet for my area/gyms. But gym rework is (supposedly) in the works, so things will likely change a bit in the near future.

Is there a working gym tracker out there, that shows me the gyms positions and the pokemons in them?

For Machamp having dual fighting moveset is all that matters, or at least having a fighting quick move at minimum. Evolved my 89 % Machoke with dual fighting moves some months ago into my first (and only so far) Machamp wth Bullet Punch & Stone Edge, was pretty gutted and never used him since. Your lower CP high IV Machamp will make a perfect prestiger if it gets dual fighting moves and the higher CP specimen will be a bit too high CP (~1500) for prestiging (unless you can/need to prestige against CP >= 3k Snorlax and Blissey on regular basis). Maybe evolve both into Machokes and then evolve the one that gets poorer moves into Machamp?

Went with the 95.6% IV one. Got bullet punch (mega sigh)/dynamic punch. Don't think it's worth powering up

Uh, have I been lag banned or something like it? Every single critter I try to catch runs off. I haven't ever used any spoofing hax or the like. It persists after restarting the app and the whole phone. Has anyone else had something like this? Is there a way to make it go away?

^ yeah, soft ban, I've read that this can occur if traveling and when opening the game in the new location the game throws you to your old location and if you interact there and quickly again in the new location. Open pokestop, spin, close and repeat 40 times.

Thanks. Looks like it's gone this morning. If any GPS spoofers went to Lubbock, I would hope Niantic would realize they were crazy.
