Was watching JoshOG last night.

He was doing squads with 4.
His team dies, and there are like 37 left with him alone. He has 2 kills. Ends the game with 11 and wins.

He took out an entire team by sniping one guy, and they ran to revive him one by one.
Got down to final 5 people, 1v4. He killed all 4. Was pretty epic.

I'll look for the VOD or clip later.

Josh is a beast at that game.

I think I saw that game too.

It was either that one or another that was similar. The one I remember had 26 people left with everyone else on his team dead.

Might have been 26. It definitely was a lot to be alone. Having issue finding it because I'm bad at life

Are there games where it's just incredibly laggy/choppy?

I run most other new games on high settings, but this one has horrible load times and kept freezing up in game. i.e. I'd jump out of the plane and loading as I fell/hit the ground would be really choppy for a minute or two straight.

Small sample size - just tried to play for an hour or two, so I'm trying to figure out if it's my computer or if some of the matches are just that way.

it's amazing to me how little the close range weapons in this game come into play. I mean I guess the maps make it so but there really isn't much close quarters combat unless you run into someone gear hunting in a house

hot tip: if you need a confidence boost and your internet can take it, play on the asia server. you will be paired up with all the noobs since your asia MMR is brand new... so the games are softer.

man just had a game where i only had 30 ak ammo, was stalking a guy and then a care package fell right on top of me.

was able to kill the guy as he ran to the care package, killed another guy who arrived in a dacia so i went for the care package got a gillie suit, M249 15x scope (lol) and a medkit but was taking sniper fire from 2 directions, so i panicked and got in the dacia and drove away.

Forgot to take any ammo, so I was sitting with a sick set up but 0 ammo. GJGE me.

suppressors are so powerful, starting to ditch rifles in favor of suppressed smgs. had a suppressed AK with a 2x for this one tho, pew pew pew

(NA server not AS server so it actually counts)

Also had this last night in EU duos:

1 vs 4 clutch at the end.. there is something so satisfying about winning in this game, can't compare it to any other game I've played

That's 3 games in a row where i have flown to somewhere out of hte way, not see anyone drop anywhere near me either when i was parachuting or when i land, and to be killed in the first 2 minutes by a guy who is magically nearby with an AR.

Just picked this game up. Question: Is there actually a working MMR system? The unofficial wiki says there is a rudimentary system in place and reddit claims Playerunknown confirmed this, but I'm skeptical that this is just the product of the internet forum feedback loop. Has anyone seen anything official on this?

Unsure of the specifics, and that is just what I hear from them. Heard from about 3-4 different streamers, so far. If they're wrong, then, well they're wrong.
