Downloading the patch torrent right now. Just going basic sunder to start the league. Last few leagues I've done ok, but I think I just want to get rich the easy way this time around. I don't remember ever running slayer before anyway so at least that part will be new to me.
I'd get sucked in and not sure if I want that, I mean, yeah, I do have time off in two weeks over christmas and end of year stuff but... I thought I'd catch up on some backlog or playing something new and exciting like ds2, cuphead, hollow knight, I wanted to get into emulation. And I'm worried I'd get bored around level 85-90 again.
How good it is really? How many days in? I managed to avoid any spoilers, didn't follow much apart from name of the abyss league and something with atlas.
yes, and each will send 7 projectiles (at lvl 16+ of frostblades gem), and each projectiles will chain twice with two ToA
63 projectiles all shooting around really fast and hitting the same targets multiple times .
It MIGHT actually be overkill, there might not actually be enough monsters in PoE for the amount of hits this does.
Will have to look at which things to cut. Multistrike might actually take the fall but it helps the targetting a lot, some downsides like less movement tho
im still on a 5L now, FB, WED, AC, Frostbite, Added cold. Is multistrike worth significant investment?
Abyss season opens on Xbox tomorrow. Does anyone have any recommended builds for a league starter? I played a Hiero Frost Totem build last time. Still new at the game and have very little clue what I’m doing.
Volatile Dead. I played one to 85 and died to comcast flatline in HC. And just leveled one up. It's truly absurd damage. Although it isn't high clear speed. It's more of a boss killer.
So I just got started on this with MrsWookie. We're Diablo veterans, but I'm a bit out of my element in terms of loot assessment and just building a decent character. I looked at the POE forums, but the character guides seemed much more end-gamey than I was looking for. Is there a decent resource for early to mid game and how best to get going?
