I'm stalling at 89lvl, the stuff I can get XP doing is killing me almost as fast as I can get the XP. I'm struggling with t10 map bosses and at delve level 166 I'm starting to get real close to one shotted by random critters. When I look for gear upgrades everything seems to be in >6ex range which is 3 times more currency than I have. Any thoughts on what I did to this build or what the next steps would be?

Probably should replace your rings as they don't give HP. If you need more defenses replace Blasphemy - Vuln to Blasphemy - Enfeeble or Temp chains. I wouldn't use Culling Strike in a 6L for Sunder. Culling Strike is more oriented for bosses and even then I'm not sure it's worth it. I would have to look at PoB in your particular set up for what the highest damage boost is. You might replace your helm to a high hp rare one. I'd also get boots with hp.

I just upgraded the rings for damage with the same resistances, I've been focusing more on damage than HP, you're saying I should be looking for more HP?

1. you have a bunch of random nodes sticking out of your tree and mana nodes doing nothing for you.

You are a jugg, get the endurance charge nodes. http://poeurl.com/b7J4 is a quick-fix tree that is much better.

2. Sell all your lvl 20 gems with a gcp per gem, this will give you 20 quality gems. Swap both of your Culling Strike gems for Ruthless. LGOH does nothing for you on your warchief totem, swap for Conc Effect.

3. More life, swap the boots for Kaom's roots or a decent life/25+ms/res pair. Swap rings for a high life roll with res, bonus stats are +flat phys and you may need one with +int. Get life rolls on all your jewels, the fire res/mana regen jewel is useless.

4. Overflowing chalice and Wise oak are basically useless and you only need 1-2 life flasks. I would get a quicksilver flask of adrenaline, seething divine life flask of staunching, basalt flask of warding, a Lion's Roar and an aztiri flask or other utility flask (of heat if you don't get kaom's roots)

5. Dual wield sunder >>>>>>>> 2h sunder. Get a decent mh and a cheap sword statstick for offhand

You can get more damage with rare steel rings than Le Heups (flat damage is generally better than increased damage), and then balance your resists more with rare boots and helm.

Delving is similar to how you build in HC. Where you build for tankyness since monsters get instagib when they have powerful crits. You also can get the extra Endurance Charge nodes Stamina and Vigor and it will give you additional damage if you take Unyielding in Uber lab.

1. The mana nodes where so I could spam sunder with only 15% of my mana non-reserved. Switching it out I can only run one aura at a time.

2. Not sure what you mean about the gcp, are you saying I should upgrade to lvl 20 gems with 20% quality? Swapped in withering touch on sunder so I wouldn't have to try and fix the gem colors, used cold bite on ancestral totem for the same reason.

3. Got life close to 5600 by swapping in +max life gems, will keep looking for better ones. Got the boots, the rings are most of my resistances, finding high life rolls all res over 15 is impossible.

4. The two health flasks are to stop bleeding and freeze, which where about 25% of my deaths early on.

5. The build is based around 2H sunder, will look for 2 good 1h axes and see if I can keep or improve the damage.

Get the .4% mana/life leech node directly above the dex node in the bottom right of that picture and you shouldn't have any mana problems or need any other mana related nodes.

If you vendor a lvl 20 gem + 1 gcp you get a lvl 1 20% gem. This will slightly lower your dps in the short term but quickly will be worth it.

Ruthless is ~20% more dps than withering touch and getting 5r1b on an astral plate should take about 4 chroms.

You don't even need that much res on your rings, you are well above what you need on fire and can swap out your chest enchant to a different res if need be. Make sure you are searching correctly, there are 463 rings listed by players online right now with 70+ life and 100+ total res. You can also get a belt of the deceiver with 16 all res corrupted implicit for 1c.

Definitely have a bleed flask, you don't actually need a freeze flask because Unstoppable's "you cannot be slowed below base speed" makes chill/freeze not affect you. If you are using Kaom's roots now you don't need that node since it is redundant, you can change your ascendancy passives with 5 regret points.

I haven't played melee lately but my understanding is that 2h is strictly inferior to dual wield. Note that you do not want two good one hand axes, you want a good axe and a sword. A cheap and very good off hand option is a Prismatic Eclipse with 3 green sockets. If you have 2 axes, you will alternate attacks, whereas if you have an axe and a sword, you will get all the benefits of dual wielding but only attack with your mainhand because sunder cannot use swords.

Why are you a jugg? Did you just click the the wrong dude when you started and decide to go with it for a couple months?

Gold selling sites tend to have pretty poor build guides for some reason.

I think I’m going to limp this toon to 90th level and start over with some other build.

It would be pretty expensive but you could just respec into an actual jugg build like poets pens or something.

Meh, he's not as much fun to play with the gear upgrades, too slow in those boots and I've used most of my respect points already. This is the farthest I've gotten so I'm alright starting something new, especially so I can be way OP with a tabla rasa again...

Im a lot more about open racing events with more monsters and special mods though. The crazy hard private races will be fun to watch on twitch I guess.

zero interest in private league but I can see the dream for streamers.
Double edge tho ,I like watching streamers that play the same game as everyone else and I can relate to what I see.
As soon as they play their own private league the connection with the common man is lost (aka me the selfish viewer )) .
Streamers fanboys will be excited I guess.
I can feel the scams coming up with the crowfunding feature xd.

I don't understand POE gameplay streaming to begin with, the only stuff I watch is the crafting and build videos and the game play in the background is usually just hop flash everything dies repeat.

I think the racing stuff can be interesting to watch, and I probably wouldn't have stuck to PoE for so long if I hadn't learned the game from watching streams. I do agree with most of the time it's not worth watching because the actual gameplay is just repetition.
