How hard is pin pointing walls as Mei?

I still have a hard time isolating players occasionally. It takes an extra second or two for me to get that right on the fly.

Seems like they would just wait for Blizzcon at this point, maybe they have another character for that, but doesn't sound like it.

Seems pretty likely, some guy on Reddit has to eat a bar of soap if they don't.

Kaplin has already mentioned they have another hero coming down the pipeline after Sombra.

Is Mei viewed as OP at high level pugging/pro level? Some of her seeming ridiculousness just comes from her ability to stall forever, but part of that is just a lack of coordination from the teams I'm on. I just don't see why she can iceblock and become literally invincible...

I'd be happy if the damage needed to break her wall just took the whole thing down (instead of filtering everyone through a tiny hole), and/or if her ice block was breakable as well. If 5 teammates are trying to kill a stalled mei, they should be able to zerg her out of her hiding spot.

Not to mention her ult instantly freezes almost every class and covers an entire cap point.

I just think the overtime/stalling mechanics in this game are probably one of the weakest points, and the most egregious example of that is Mei.

PTR patch gives her a tiny ult nerf, but I don't think that really fixes my biggest issues with her. I like most of the other changes, including the one to Zarya (even though I just bought her gold weapon yesterday).

She's a bit OP but not egregiously so, I'd say Zarya / Lucio / Rein are all more OP. You're correct it's a lot harder for her to stall if you're paying attention (Lucio bumps her off quite easily).

The ult charge range change is actually pretty big because you're not accounting for the 25% global nerf, so 40% slower charge rate for her total. I'd bet they go ahead with the ult nerf at >15% if there's no global ult nerf and she'll be in a very good spot.

Had someone tell me that 28% accuracy for Hanzo was bad and that I'm horrible...

Look on mastersofoverwatch.com and Hanzo average over all game modes and 300M+ games is 20%.

I feel like I need a completely different style on weekends. I go from games where people are calling out correct plays, tracking flankers, etc. on Thursday to games with 4 DPS and someone in chat explaining why Symmetra is good on point B Anubis. I think they need to make so the ladder requires at least a little climbing, people who don't understand the very basics of the game should never end up in a diamond game.

They just need to be WAY more liberal with spreading people out in the first place with their placement matches.

Wow, quickly found my new favourite hero. Tried Zenyatta for the first time, promptly went 5-0 in comp and climbed about 200 ranking points. A bit of run good but he fits my playstyle very well.

Yea Zenyatta may be the most OP hero.

I used to go lucio when we needed a healer but have decided I like zen way more.

Lol so weird, I started playing only Zen like 3 days ago. +300 SR. I think he's just the perfect solo queue hero, damage + heals + long range + pick potential with charge up just seem like perfect carry material.

I just got enough points for a golden weapon though and it's created a dilemma because Zen orbs are pretty weak.
