Hell yeah! My gf and I have been playing since launch. I've been playing a bit less in the past two weeks, but I went in hard on turnips the other night. Did the reddit thing for the first time and turned 3mil into 15mil, I think we're pretty set for bells.

I was determined not to buy the new Yooka Laylee game (first one was too difficult & I saw a horrid review) but 14.99 is just too good of a price to look at Banjo graphics.

I also probably don't buy it without that link. Scrolling the Switch e-shop is ridiculously unpleasant for me.

demo'd and off the back it wasn't fun.

at some point i'll give the first one a better try. it wasn't a bad experience until the snow level...wandered there for a while without finding much hint of objective, and felt disappointed.

Yeah I've made like 20 levels and am nowhere near bored of mm2

Is the second yooka laylee that bad? I'd heard the first one had a couple issues and was hoping they'd fixed them

They are completely different games.

First one is a 3D platformer (Banjo-Kazooie) which I enjoyed but didn't love.

Second one is a 2D platformer (Donkey Kong Country) which was good for what it was, but the levels never seemed memorable after the fact. The Impossible Lair concept was good, fresh, and challenging.

Can you send them to me or explain how I can find you and play them? I don't really know how to navigate the menu too well admittedly lol. If it's easier to add you on switch I can do that too.

Same here. I feel like I'm "good" but then sometimes I face levels and I'm like ok maybe I'm just decent lol. I've only played for a few months though.

On course world there's a magnifying glass on the right to ID makers or individual levels. My maker ID is L9L-XJ1-SGG.

I have a 3 world course up right now you can just play through like a regular Mario game, or you can just hammer individual levels as you wish. The levels in the world so far aren't that tough - there are a couple not in the world that are a little more difficult.

I don't claim to be a good maker but the Kid Icarus and TMNT ones are top notch
