You basically load any amiibo you want on to it and scan into your console like the real thing.

Nice! Is that thing safe to use? I wouldn't mind seeing some of the amiibo stuff, but resellers make it so hard to find legit ones to purchase

I've never used one but I doubt they could harm anything, it's just an NFC chip. Amiibo are cheap and in abundance here. They're always on same so I've picked up a few, mostly Zelda.

Well, I guess I worry more about the safety of the software or places you visit to get new amiibos.

Weird thing just happened. Minecraft was playing in tablet mode via a pro controller, plug the switch into the dock to play on tv, and then it wouldn't let the pro controller or the attached joycons control the game, would only let them join the game as a new player.

Anyone experience that before? Any fixes? Tried reconnecting/recalibrating the connection under the controller menu, didn't help.

Haha yea, I spent a good 5-10 minutes looking at articles/history and former demos of the game. Interesting stuff.

Kinda curious that there are 3 Square games (SMRPG, FF3/6, Secret of Mana), but no Chrono Trigger or Seiken Densetsu 3 (another game that never saw a US release).
