When I go to Ranked Quick Match, it says:

This game could not be started. Refer to the Online FAQ (wat) or 2K Sports web site for information on this topic.

When I try to go to Player Match, it says the same thing. I just got NBA 2K9 and can't play online. WTF is going on?
