Modern Warfare 2 General Discussion - Page 508 - Video Games

When the game first came out I had some favorite maps, but lately I feel like my favorite maps are starting to change... and some of my old favorites aren't really favorites anymore. I used to love highrise... now I don't like it as much anymore. I've really started to like quarry. I'm learning to like derail a little more (although still not a favorite by any means). I have always hated underpass.

I feel like underpass strongly promotes camping in order to do well. Either that or tac-knifing.

I loathe karachi.

When they game dropped Terminal was my favorite along with Favela.. I still love favela, but not so much the same with Terminal..

Terminal has turned into skill cannon match.. And then if your team sucks and the CG comes out, forget it your trapped..

maps i like - afghan, quarry, skidrow, terminal, wasteland

maps i do not care for one bit - derail, favela, karachi, sub base

don't mind the rest

we're complete opposites, my favorite maps are karachi and sub base.

My favorite maps are sub base, terminal, quarry, invasion (most of the time), and rundown (most of the time)

I like or tolerate most of the other maps too. I like skidrow most of the time.

The only one I cannot stand is underpass, but I'm not a big fan of karachi or derail either

I think I would like underpass better if it wasn't dark and raining, my TV's contrast ratio doesn't do well on that map and I have trouble seeing

Reset my router after it ****ed up and it changed from NAT moderate to NAT strict? Does this mean I can't play with the same people as before?

So I just got a nuke in a FFA game but I was in second place when I called it in so I lost..That's not really right at all, I finished with more kills than the guy, I had 31 he had 28 but I was in 2nd and it said Defeat! at the top.

I got hosed.

dude, put your PS3 into DMZ zone ( in the router ).

There are no PS3 viruses, so you do not risk anything.

Nope, only 1 IP can be.

If he doesn't have pre-set ips ( as in: the router atomatically gives them according to connection order ), it can happen that his PC gets the DMZ position.

The easy solution is to give your PS3 a high ip, like 192.168.1.100 and set the DMZ zo that.
