probably...but imo I dont think the "best gun" will be the same for everyone. i think people all have their own style and reaction times and each gun kinda plays into that if that makes sense.

I never hear anyone talk about the TAR though... you guys really dont like it? that and the scar is all i use anymore...with the TAr being used about 80% of the time.

i felt the same until i realized just how tight the bullet spread actually is as mentioned in the above post. you know how with you TAR or SCAR you usually aim for the chest,neck area and let the recoil kick your reticule up? No need with the ACR. Just straight headshots all the time, and zero kickback. its pretty rediculous.

The ACR just seems like it takes a lot more shots to kill someone. I remmber one of the last times I used it I was following someone for what felt like forever shooting at his back, hearing thunk thunk thunk over and over and dude just turned around and shanked me like it was nothin.

...and im not that great of a shot so the shoot at body/let it kick the reticule up actually fits my style of play perfectly. but lol at that pic of all the groupings... i guess my gun is actually one of the worst. I dont know...i still rule with it.

im pretty shocked at how well I do in ffa actually....i sucked balls at cod4. Now, after a few warm up matches, Im usually in the top 3 every time. There are some maps though where I just cant get much going and have to resort to camp/run/camp style.

GT = Livinitup0 if anyone here likes ffa...dont invite me for objectives or team matches... I'll just end up ****ing everything up.

ACR needs stopping power imo. Without it, takes too many bullets to bring someone down. I'm level 52 or so and still haven't decided which guns I like the best, though I've been using the ACR and M16 the most for assault rifles. On a lot of maps, I really like the WA2000 with ACOG or thermal scope, plus a shotgun for backup/close range, claymores, SOH pro, can't remember second perk (maybe just using hardline), and steady aim for the shottie.

MTDM is usually tougher than TDM. its pretty much luck of the draw though so if a game is too easy i usually just leave until i find one that is tougher.. but i am always looking for the toughest games , no matter if its pc or 360 or ps3 ..

and if u want to play someone tougher i'll play against u

ya acr is underpowered but it is suuuper accurate. m4 is slightly less accurate but has slightly more power (imo) , it is my best rifle.

tar is great for some of the smaller maps .. its got decent iron sights too so u can just throw silencer on it and use a different first perk like scavenger instead of blingpro .

it sucks LR tho.. and has a ****ty small reddot sight.

Is there a similar test of screenshots using the SMGs or the LMGS?

oh yeah I dont try to do any long range stuff with it at all. Ive luckboxed quite a few longshot accolades with it though.

Actually i try and avoid most outside areas if I can. too many sniper campers and I dont know the vantage points their shooting from consistantly enough yet to counter it so I make sure to stay in areas that always provide wall cover.

hbm is underrated itt imo, i barely look at my map anymore. in ffa at least id say only 25% use ninja on average.

finally unlocked the ACR, went 21-11 first match (great for me), had the game winning kill, and still had a care package in my pocket.

..and id like to know if silencers or just having a scope changes those results.

In create-a-class doesnt it show that it actually increases accuracy by just equipping it?

how much better are 1887's compared to rangers as far as range, damage and accuracy? I rarely see 1887's but I aways see (and use) rangers in ffa.

u can shoot the 1887s 3x as far as rangers and still get 1 hit kills and u barely have to aim them !

I'm only a lvl 45 but I can't imagine using any gun other than the M-16 for any reason other than to unlock the scopes and stuff

The only reason I like the ACR > M16 is because of its advantage at close quarters

Nothing like BURRAT -> dead with the M16 at medium - long range tho.

M16 makes a pretty good makeshift shotgun at short range though. At medium range I find that it dominated. Knowing that the 3-round burst will drop someone means that you can put bullets into an enemy, then move on to the next one.

Weapon power First number is close range. 2nd number is far range. Close and far range depends on the gun, but it's unknown what is what.

Recoil

The RPD is by far my favorite weapon for games where mobility isn't that important and most fighting will be taking place at medium to long range, though even close range it isn't bad. I also use it in 99% of demolition games.

Closer than that, I feel like you can't beat the speed of a silenced UMP...if only its recoil wasn't so bad

I'm starting to love the RPD again, even though the AUG is rape. The big clip is nice to have sometimes.
