yeah, I agree, but I also don't think that everyone that plays on the Ladder is amazing. Not trying to be too naive about our ability, but I guess I would just have to wait and see where we stood. Although Davey and others have experience with the ladders and I trust their opinions.

I agree with Davey that the other game types are tougher ( like SnD). Which I would have no problem playing exclusively as it is one of my favorites.

As far as easing into competitive play, that is fine with me. I am not beyond trying other leagues etc. I just feel lucky to have found a group of guys that are skilled and get along well with eachother (except when Yorkie gets his winstreak broken, then he is loose cannon lol ). It would be cool to get the ball rolling in time to be well seasoned before Black Ops.

I am down for whatever everyone thinks is best for us.

If we play competitively I'd happily stick with this game as it actually gives this game purpose, rather than playing aimlessly at something that doesn't achieve anything.
