Did you PM your minecraft name to JoshK?

It's also possible it's because of the experience orbs, which are still ****ed up. I have an idea to go and pick them up (so they can't slow down the server any more) but there's a creeper between me and the orbs and every time I log in to see if things are better he creeps a little closer to me. Hrm.

(I have no hope of killing it at the framerate the game is at atm)

Okay I WL'd everybody I think and I restarted the server. The only time I'm unavailable to do that sorta thing is like from 12am-7am so you'll have to be patient.

The exe you're referring to downloaded the jar files for you when you first ran it.

This website is terrible. I've been trying for three hours to give this guy my money while my eldest and I watch X's Adventures. Didn't the minecraft programmer sell like half a billion dollars worth of this thing? Spend a little of that on hosting dude.

Did anyone die and drop a bunch of experience orbs in the vicinity of x=-700 z=-700?

I ask because when I got near my house the framerate slowed to a crawl. The same thing happened yesterday when animal_chin died near my place, resulting in this:

These orbs slow the game to a crawl for anyone within a couple hundred blocks of them. I can't go to my house because the framerate totally dies when I get near it.

If you just stay in the area for a few minutes they'll decay.

Website finally came back to life. Got the game, spent my money, am playing now, but we can't, like, MineCraft anything. Been beating on trees, dirt, sand, whatever, with our hands, 100 times each, and nothing is braeking into components. Oddly, I was able to smash some leaves on the tree. There's animals around, but nothing in our inventory.

I thought maybe we were in some stupid game mode, but I can't find any options anywhere to choose Survival mode versus whatever-else-there-is (what else is there?).

Help?
