But they're keeping all the console versions and those have nothing to do with the Epic store.

It’s about a lack of transparency and failing to act in good faith. Psyonix can’t pretend they’re the little-indie-studio-that-could anymore. I was hoping Epic support would at least help them implement some better servers, but even those are worse than ever.

I'm not supporting their decision and sorry to Mac/Linux users but they were stupid for releasing a service based game on those platforms in the first place.

I understand releasing single player games on there but who wants to continue support to reach 3% of the user base? They probably should have done this years ago when the game went from a small indie hit to a DLC money machine because this was inevitable.

With that said, Epic obviously have the funds to keep it going so it's still pretty **** to pull the plug this far into the games life when I'm sure there's still a lot of Mac/Linux users with time and money invested. Strange because they've said they want to support Mac as much as possible on the Epic Store.

It's not just "shitty", it's borderline fraudulent. Epic certainly has the money to refund those players, which is what they should be doing instead of this half-assed "removing online functionality" from what's basically an online-only game.

Epic could do anything and some of these people would trip over themselves in their rush to defend it.

Is anyone defending them over this though?

Not so far (at least not ITT) but then again, we're still waiting for FlyWf to chime in to tell us to keep up the good fight for vidya and great justice.

I have some keys from the EU4 bundle if a reg wants/needs. I have Dharma and Rule Britannia from the top tier and some other stuff including a base game key.

Does anyone have a Don't Starve steam key that they don't need laying around? I've been playing it on my phone and I think a mouse and keyboard would give me a better experience.

However, please don't sweat looking too hard, it's currently on sale for $2.50 with expansions around $5. I'll probably just buy it tomorrow.

In Manley's twitter someone is eluding to a more expensive one. Anyone with better Eve lore knowledge know what that might be?

$15 or whatever for the EU4 bundle seems like a snap buy if you are missing more than 2-3 expansions. The rumor is that there will be 1 more expansion then EU5. I hope theres native multiplayer support because EU4 multiplayer sucks pretty bad.

Star Citizen's business model and a lot of what they've done is pretty gross but man Squadron 42 looks amazing.

I snagged this today on Epic. I would sometimes watch TheReadPanda play this on twitch on Sunday mornings. I was always impressed with the realism.

BTW, next weeks free games look even better. It's a board game player's dream slate!

I tried it when I was a broke weirdo. It wasn't bad. Just didn't have the patience, and it's not very intuitive.

Grab them from Epic now! Pandemic was removed due to the current coronavirus situation. Epic said they'll release it at a later date.

lol @ not giving away a free game that is years old based on a board game because of that.
