Actually got through the Beginning and middle stages of the Trials somewhat easily once I slowed down. The Middle Stages were somehow easier?

Not sure if I'll even waste my time with the Hard stages, it seems insanely hard. Reading about the last few levels and yikes. I think I'm okay with a 50 damage master sword for now lol.

Just because, my LoZ amiibo collection. I'm missing four that I know of, all because none of them really interest me. I do want the four champions from BotW when they release.

I'm missing WW Zelda, MM Link, and the Bokoblin. I want the 4 champions as well but I think that's going to be extremely tough.

16 bit amiibos>>>all other amiibos (except yarn yoshi)

I'm missing 8 bit Link, Toon Smash Link, because it's basically the same as WW Link with just a different pose, plus it's a bit hard to find, but of the ones I'm missing this would probably be the one I'd get, and both the Bokoblin and the Guardian from BotW, neither really do it for me. I think the Guardian is growing on me a bit, tho.

I'd really like to see both Impa and Ghirahim from SS as amiibos.

I didn't think the BotW would be a big deal to get at first, so I passed on them. Then one night I saw Zelda, Archer Link, and the Guardian at a Target. Decided to get all three. They haven't had a restock since. Randomly found a Rider Link at a Gamestop at an outlet mall the other day. From what I'm told, and fwiw from a Gamestop employee, Mipha is supposedly going to be the hardest to find out of the new guardians.

I was able to pre order 3 of the 4 champions through Best Buy. Did not get through for this one

For some reason I had a ton of trouble with the beginning trials, though I think it was mostly impatience. Breezed through the middle portion.

I couldn't preorder from Best Buy, they said it was a must pick up item and no stores would have stock within 250 miles of me. WTF.

I wasn't even thinking about preorders for this since it releases way after the mini SNES and preorders for that in the US haven't been available. Leave it to Nintendo to do things in reverse. Let's set up preorders for an item that releases 6 months from now before the one that releases in 3 months!

Two of the orders were done through shipping. Might mean I'm getting something cancelled.

Amazon has yet to take orders on these, so I guess that's my last resort to complete the set. My guess is thats not going to go well.

My guess is I will end up overpaying on eBay unless I get lucky when stocks hit, because I'm a child and want my toys.

Nifty run. I could never pull half of that off.

I was able to beat the final trials. Took me almost two hours.

Got the motorcycle today. Was underwhelmed with Mipha’s story, which made me sad. Urbosa’s was quite good. Final fight for the bike was pretty bad ass. Reminded me of Majora.

Full on hearts (112 shrines down!), fully upgraded the ancient set, can get pretty rich slaughtering guardians. Lynels are hardly a struggle unless they’re the ultra tough variety. Even then, kill one, take his 100 dmg weapon and melt the next. Super fun to ride straight at one to pull and do a little damage from the bike hitting him.

Gassing up the hog is both cool and not too bad. Couple handfuls of apples gives a full tank. Controls aren’t the best but not miserable by any means.

Definitely recommend the second DLC. Very fun content and the bike totally changes getting around if you don’t use a horse frequently.

Got the 120th shrine today, just in time to complete it in 2017

Wife started playing again after a long hiatus, she, uh, made the flower shrine lady VERY mad. Like, more so than either of us thought possible. Was surprisingly creepy. Highly recommend.
