The menus seemed slightly zippier to me, but nothing amazing. The silence was awesome though.

How much space does GH:WT take when installed on the hard drive?

I think we're now officially at 85 of the 86 songs being FCd. Undead (the guy who FCd One) FCd Zakk Wylde on the 16th.

We're still waiting for the first FC of Satch Boogie. Phenom is closest, as one would guess.

I've gone from "100 GB of this hard drive is useless" to "This huge hard drive is awesome".

Can I do anything with a regular hard drive connected by usb or do you have to use a Microsoft drive? M$ prices for 120G of memory is ridiculous.

I only have a 20 GB and right now can get one game at a time installed. I'll probably cave eventually for the 120

I'm probably going to go ahead and buy all the DLC tomorrow - is there anything worth skipping?

Sign ups for SH leagues are already closed.

I signed up for GH:WT Hard and the combo GH2, GH3, GHA, GHWT Hard leagues.

Yep. The colors on the ground and the LEDs on the bike are all CGI.

The Bike Hero video was a viral ad.

Still awesome, though.

I was mistaken. The preliminary sign-up period was closed. But the secondary sign-up period is open until the 26th.

The reason for 2 sign-up periods is to determine interest level in other league. Unfortunately, the combo GH2, GH3, GHA, GHWT league died because of lack of interest.

I'm so tilted... I started playing the Times Square set on expert drums. Trapped Under Ice is so fkn painful to play. My only motivation was to finish the song. My leg is permanently cramped. But I passed it. I failed BYOB and had to leave, so I backed out, but it appeared like it would save all of the songs that I had passed. Nope I log back in, and I have to redo the entire set... fk me I don't ever want to play Trapped Under Ice again.

Target's having a sale where you can get GH:WT and the guitar for $60, and some other store (Best Buy was it?) is selling just the game for $25. Pretty amazing deals. I'm probably going to pick it up (I've just been playing on a friend's).

I liked GT III better, maybe because I'm a DragonForce fan, don't know. Enjoyed playing the Tool set, love those songs.

Nice of you to advertise the contest AFTER entries are finished.

Congrats!

What exactly was the contest? Just highest score on any song?
