If anybody is interested in checking out many more non-spoilery gifs:

http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=676953

It's titled, "SPOILER-FILLED THREAD." There really aren't any story spoilers, though, just tons of great gifs.

This thread, too:

You really need to move to Europe. Not only do we have preload of GTA5, but we've got awesome internets that gobble through 10mb gifs as if they were candy.

And in this case, they are.

Not had the chance to play this anymore as I got grief for being out so late this week. Meh

Anyway I am buzzing for Tuesday now but not so much for the 8gb installation.

GTA 2 was so good. I hate that I didn't fully appreciate it at the time. Super excited for this game. Hopefully surpasses SA.

You are in for a treat. I have now seen this firsthand. It is ****ing glorious.

I can't believe that a month ago I was looking forward to Watch Dogs as much as this. WTF was I thinking? This is the return of the king.

My only dilemma now is deciding whether I should cancel my PS4 pre-order or pick it up and sell it.

If forum opinion of GTA V was a stock, now would be a good time to sell.

Too much variance once people are playing it. Right now there's nothing to complain about and it's almost certainly the best game ever made. Sell!

I'll buy 100 opinions. I could use the optimism right now. So desperately lonely.

So Rockstar/PlaystationEurope just tweeted the download availability for PSN pre orders.

How does that work - is it playable or locked till release day?

I get your point, but I don't think there will be nearly as much variance as you think. It's that good.

Part of me is hoping it's a huge disappointment so I can quote this later for lols. I'll say that it looks pretty but there's plenty of room for it to suck, or just not offer anything really new in terms of gameplay experience, or the huge open world is mostly just scenery you pass through without much meaningful interaction (or it's so repetitive you don't care to run through those scripted interactions for the 50th time), or the storyline could be more idiotic than normal. I just think there's almost no way it's as good as people think it is right now. /crazytalk

The other reason I'm kind of rooting against it right now is because I've decided I'm not going to allow myself to buy / play videogames for a while.

In all honesty, I didn't believe that what I am witnessing was even possible on current gen.

Well, never mind, then. Great time to give up games lol.

And prepare to be disappointed.
