Think I'm going to give in to the hype and preorder this on the PSN. Haven't payed much attention to it other then watching the character trailers and the gameplay trailer.

Having to withdraw from poker sites in order to be able to afford getting my PS3 fixed, buying a new pad and buying the game. Unemployment is fun. It better be worth it.

Work hookups.

Marketing guys have it the easiest though, they're probably getting it for free.

But is a life without GTA5 really worth living?

Re: GTA V - releases September 17

When the last GTA came out, I had never driven a car, shot a gun, had sex, wondered around a ghetto at night or flown a helicopter. The game let me have all of these experiences.

I have now done most of these things in real life, so I'm wondering whether GTA will still be as exciting.

Re: GTA V - releases September 17

I remember when i did my art course at college the teacher would tell my about all the students who had went on to work for Rockstar. I guess it was one of the few things to aim for but i dropped out and became a lazy poker player instead. Dont think i could handle how hard they work their employees anyway. Dont think they get any time off basically especially in the last year of development.

One of my favourite memories of GTA was getting in my first chopper in IV. It was one of the first games i got for my ps3 after being out of gaming for years and was blown away flying over the city at night. Im sure theres gonna be plenty of those moments in V.

The only thing im slightly worried about that this game could be let down on is current gen not being able to run it as smoothy as you'd hope. I know Rockstar have a history of making sure reviewers dont mention **** like that in reviews.

Re: GTA V - releases September 17

do you try to change the graphic options so your games run at their best visually?

i always tone it down to prioritize performance. lag in a game is the worst

i'd do the same for gta 5

Definitely concerned about this, but not thinking about it.

pretty funny how everyone was like "lol no-one can come clsoe to the gta 5 map" but the estimates before this leak were pretty accurate.

Think someone on reddit said that the game is starting to hit storerooms now too. I imagine a few of them will "go missing" before it hits the shelves too.
