That's me. Are you timbeck? Playing missions with you guys now, having fun. Felt like a dumbass when I got lost in the tunnels and knew you guys were spectating 
And no idea why our missions keep starting with my stupid starter car. Can't afford a house yet, so haven't upgraded vehicles

Sorry for a copy/paste job from a post I made on another forum but I'm starting to get desperate.
I also really don't want to sound like a jerk while asking for help but when I've mentioned it to people I get a lot of "oh yeah that happened to me the other night while I was playing with x. we got an error message". No, I have never been able to join another player but can sit around by myself in solo online. 
I'll love you forever if you can help

Thing that gets me to keep coming back is to do everything that is possible in the game. Online is like crack bc I'm always saying "just one more race, one more mission" and next thing I know it's like 6 hours later.
The level of detail in the sp mode and in online is astounding though. You could probably play the sp mode for hundreds upon hundreds of hours and not experience everything the game has to offer.

Are you talking about passive mode? Or do you just not see any other players in your session? Really confused bc you should be able to accept invites or host missions/races/etc and be playing w others in the same lobby as you.
Sorry you're having trouble. Don't know what else to say..
