It might be available on XBOX. Was my XBL name for 5+ years before I canceled and switched to PS3 last September.

Lol free roam was crazy today. There's a new feature that tells you the mental state of each player in the lobby with the blip getting redder depending on how violently you behave, and it seemed everyone was out to get theirs up to psycho. Combine that with everyone buying and modding cars to fill up their new garages, and the customs shop was like Khe Sahn.

I read that the crazies will tend to get put in the same lobbies as other crazies while the more docile players will be put in lobbies with their kind as well... Kind of like prison I guess.

any plans for single player dlc anytime soon? not really finding anything online. most sites have dlc in the caption then talk about online junk.

started playing sm again to get the 100% and i'm stuck around 94.8, having to chase down the 50 alien parts and stunt jumps. sigh.

They'll prob wait for the announcement of a next-gen version before doing any of that.

I probably haven't played this in like 4 or 5 months. Finally fired it up again. Decided not to play online. (and probably won't play online again until heists come...if they ever do.) I was just kinda bored with online and sick of just getting shot by randoms just by getting close to them.

Anyway, I loaded up where I had gotten to the first time in single player and saw I only had finished about 30 percent of the game. But I decided I wanted to experience the whole game again from the start so I deleted my save file and decided to start over from the beginning. Decided I'm going to go all the way through the entire story and try not to get distracted too much by doing random acts of violence and destruction or whatever. I can't believe I didn't even finish the entire story at least.

As far as I can remember, I only got past the first heist and not much else in single player. It's like I've barely played much of single player at all and there is just so much of this game I have not experienced. I guess the launch of GTA online stopped me from playing single player but now I realize single player is just as good if not better than the online experience for me. The city feels so much more alive offline than it does in multiplayer.


This time, I plan on finishing the entire damn thing, entire story and 100 percent!! Almost feels like a new game again not playing online and since I haven't played it in so long.

yea i'm at like 50 or 60% i think and haven't touched it in months. just set my 360 up again though in my room (got an xb1 and have been playing that) so gonna try and grind out the rest of the game now. agree single player was def really fun while online was just pretty meh for me and then i stopped playing it all together.

I played SP too for a break from online (still play a ton tho, addicted to building races), and you're right, the graphics are sharper, there's a ton more peds and it just seems more alive. Went for a wander up a mountain and damn near **** my pants when a cougar attacked me, totally forgot animals were in it lol

ha, i had to do the hunting in order to get the 100% (i think?) and after i killed two elk a cougar growled, next thing i knew i was on ground and dead. forgot all about them too.

saw something online that says we only have to fly under 25/50 bridges, complete 25/50 stunt jumps and 8/15 knife flights. can anyone with the 100% confirm that?

also, do i need to do something in order to activate the knife flights? i've done two of them cleanly but they werent acknowledged.

I've got 100% and I'm pretty sure I had to do all of the bridges and stunts. Did you do the knife flights in the right place or just anywhere? They need to be done between 2 buildings that are close together. Not just any 2 either. I just followed a video guide on YT. I recommend doing the same unless you don't mind spending hours trying to find the right ones.

Yeah you don't have to do everything for 100%. Iirc the rockstar gta website has a 100% checklist whuch shows what you need to do.

just completed 100% this morning. only had to do half the jumps and bridges and 8/15 knife flights. thanks tho.

edit: i ended up wasting >2 hours of my life with that sonar dock and finding the 30 nuclear waste pieces, thinking i needed it for 100%. after completing it and saving to check the % i was so pissed off it didnt matter. didnt touch the game for two days bc of that.
