GTA V - Heists taking place up in hurrr - Page 145 - Video Games

Hitting right on the d-pad will not purchase the property. It will show you the address and price then you can click on buy and it will ask you if you are sure.

I've heard any apartment over $200k has a planning room which gives you the ability to do heists. I didn't know there was an apt for $180k, but I'd try to verify if you can do heists or not if possible.

Haha yeah personally I've tons of stories like that, even just today I blew up a group of 5 guys from another crew who were travelling around the city - I took a chance and got up on top of the Customs just in case they went there which they did all crammed into one SUV and all it took is one RPG to cause chaos

Had a car set up around the corner for my getaway - I had it rigged up with a remote bomb so pretended to run away and try and get in it only to carry on running - of course one of the group gets it in and boom another fatality. People get bored of this game?

When I try and "Join Crew Members" after joining 2+2 it tells me it failed to find a compatible game. Do I have to change settings or something or what is making me get this message?

Most likely no one from the 2pl2 crew was online at that time. I never use the join crew members button. Either wait for an invite from a fellow crew member or host a mission/race/etc and auto-invite. It'll invite anyone in the crew who's online at that time.

Helicopter pickup?? How do I do this?

went into a lobby and killed a lot of mofos. it's so much fun when they try to outrun me. i'm a pretty good shot while driving.

also..I came dangerously close to losing some $ tonight. after racing a bunch I entered a lobby with $40k on me. i went for the nearest ATM and just as I arrived some guy ran me over. I got up as he backed up and attempted to run me over again, i smoked him in the face and deposited my $.

The only way I think you lose money when you are carrying it around on you is if someone calls Lamar and puts a mugger on you. You don't lose cash when you die I've noticed.

Can we verify this? I thought any un-banked money can be stolen with the only exception being that you get a minute or two window from after you spawn.

I played for like 4 hours the other day without depositing. Prolly had 25K on me and died numerous times. Never lost it all and never seemed to lose more than $500.

Didn't actually notice how much I was losing with each death though.

Also I've never picked up more than like $150 off someone I've killed.

idky they made such a big deal about atm's and banking if you cant lose more than ~500 per death?

and like kaze, the most i've picked up after killing someone is 100.

I assume you all are right, but it seems odd that they would go through all the trouble of setting up a bank & placing ATMs all over the map if there is no reason to use them?

Also, when you spawn on a map w/ >$5k in cash you always get a pop-up telling you to bank. Maybe the losing of money when you die will come w/ an update.

Ya it is strange. And to add to other comments, some guy got to an armored truck before me and got the cash. I proceed to kill him thinking I could rob him of it, but there was no cash to be found.

How long? He could have easily deposited it the money before you killed him. I can deposit money within a minute.

I got 1700 off a guy that ran out of a convenient store he just robbed but that's been the only time I got more than 100.

And you don't even have to use the ATMs. You can deposit into your bank through your phone.
