Dunno if you do already, but playing with a crew/friends makes the game 10x better, just for the laughs. I find it a bit dull sometimes if I'm on my own, but get in a good lobby and suddenly six hours have gone and I have to prise the controller out my hands to go to bed

No, I am. Played a bunch the first week but then got bored and bought FIFA. Not sure if I'll play much again. If I can transfer leader I will or if you guys need me to do something just let me know.

not sure what else the leader can really do aside from kicking or inviting people, which we don't need. though making giraffeboy co-leader in case something comes up wouldn't hurt. if that's even possible.

Point is most people seem to have plenty left to do while rockstar works through all the kinks.

If you thought this was going to entertain you for years to come and already don't feel like playing, I doubt there's anything they will roll out that will keep you from getting bored again rather quickly. But I could be wrong.

I just don't understand why you're as upset as it seems you are. You've clearly already gotten amazing bang for your buck compared to what other entertainment costs.

ok so just started playing not too long ago... this may have been addressed ITT already, so if it has apologies.

but I just spent ~$800k buying / upgrading a cheetah. Drove it around for a while and then saved my game. When I turned the game back on, the cheetah is no where to be found.

I bought it w/ Michael. It isn't at his house or a garage I own or the impound. Any ideas or am I out the $800k?

Also if you're bored of GTA online because you don't like the missions, you're doing GTA online wrong. I've played hours of it with my crew and I've done less than 10 missions. GTA online for me is all about making your own fun and generally just derping around. If you're saying there isn't enough to do you're either just boring or don't have fun friends to play with.

Seriously though, just so happened I got put in the bad sport lobby just a I created the crew so I got bored playing by myself and just haven't played again. Was having an okay time playing with a few friends before that but guess I'm more of a competitive, goal-oriented gamer and GTA doesn't seem to cater to that very well.

But yeah I definitely agree with the people saying it's bull**** that you get punished for what most people believe GTA is all about, chaos.

It's insane that they encourage you to kill other players but punish you for blowing up their car when a lot of the time the easiest way to kill someone is to blow up their car. Drive by sticky bombs FTW.

So true especially the bolded part. The other day I picked up a buzzard and was derping around atop a skyscraper seeing if I could snipe people when the guy with a bounty on his head landed on a near-by skyscraper and sniped me.

So I spawn at the bottom of the scraper and decide to get creative - order a helicopter pick-up, kill the pilot, fly the copter above the scrapers including where the bounty was but deploy my parachute and make a perfect landing next to my buzzard. Things got complicated when a random guy landed on the same building as the bounty forcing him to jump off and parachute down to the ground. Random guys helicopter was just showing a little bit of tail on the edge of the scraper so I take a chance - firing a pin-point RPG which explodes the helicopter - killing the random guy.

Then before I know it the bounty is flying towards my area at a rate of knots - he's picked up another helicopter of some description - so I have to scramble into the buzzard out-maneuver him, eventually blowing him to pieces out of the sky. Epic adventures are being had.

I kind of wished they added a "classic" free roam option which is basically just 4's free roam set up on 5's map.

The other night I got put in a session where all 16 people were doing nothing but trying to kill each other. It was by far the best time I've had in gta and I can't imagine a mission being as fun as a map full of crazies.

The possibility of things like what happened in Benny's story (that he posted right above) is the ONLY reason I bought gta.

When it says press right on the d pad to purchase property, does it just insta buy it or does it then tell you how much it costs and how bug the garage is?
