I agree that just playing the vote-option missions game after game in lobbies isn't fun, unless you know the players and/or are communicating or just enjoy racing.
ATM the pool of that playlist isn't good enough with the terrible star missions and missing jobs, the actual missions really.
Just did a voice comm. jobs session with Rempel and it really improves things. Even though we kept failing for the most part
One big flaw other than the missions is that you get the same blue crap voting screen after completing jobs with a lobby. Would be awesome if they gave the host an extra option to directly choose from all the jobs he's reached the level necessary for for the next game. (jobs = missions from lester, martin etc.)
You'll def. enjoy survival (with teamwork players/communication) if you're generally into that sort of stuff.
Aside from survival mode SMG, bombs, sniper etc. access will also greatly improve experience with jobs, survival and death matches, but also just in freemode, which imo can be made enjoyable no matter what.
