I spend like 100k to upgrade everything on one of my vehicles, I took it to a mission that ended up placing me somewhere else on the map after the mission was over, I went back to where I parked my car and It was gone

i checked an impound place and it gave me two generic random cars...

Yeah but they made it so you can just roam around bashing/boosting cars all day before the cops step in. This way you have to be a little more careful as you would IRL.

One thing I don't like is being able to control your car in mid-air. There should be some reward/punishment for just randomly driving off a ramp or building without having the perk of fixing your mistake in mid air. It gives you no reward for making a nice jump and landing anymore.

Has anyone tried stealing the plane from the airport and landing near your safe house garage and storing the plane for future use in the garage? Curious to see if it would work lol. If, in fact, it would actually fit in the garage.

the impound option isn't even on the map... kinda frustrated that i lose my ride just cause i take it to a mission and it poofs

to try and un-impound one of my rides... again gave me a generic vehicle and trevors ride is now gone even though i had it parked right in front of the impound!?! lol.... never going to impound again

Right, but its excessive. Killing someone with a car in the middle of a city is vastly different than punching some random in an abandoned camp site, yet both usually yield immediate police responses, and they somehow know it was you and what car you are in

This game makes me feel old as ****.

lol, why?

A) I can remember playing the original.

B) it's been five years since the last one, and I'm now pushing 40.

C) I think im starting to wonder if I'm gaining more enjoyment trying to dominate the world in a game like EU4 than running over old ladies and going on murderous rampages in this one.

Oh and my 15 yo nephew is playing this game. So yeah, it makes me feel old.

i remember playing earlier versions of this game, not the top down ones....

maybe GTA 3 was my first real GTA experience

never got into any of the ones after that, i bought vice city but never really got into it, ended up selling it

but this one, i'm having a blast... i'm trying to complete the single player story before the multiplayer is released

i don't go out of my way to run over old ladies and randomly kill people its a pain in the ass to get away from the police sometimes and it fks up my vehicle....yet! maybe once the missions end, and i'm left to free roam or multiplayer then i will go for mass carnage and 5 star pursuits just for the fk of it...

we are a gamer generation, from 15-60

its a form of entertainment like movies to some, and with the production quality and flow of this game, there is no reason to not enjoy it for what it is!

video games are one of the cheapest, best value for your money forms of entertainment, you pay buy a console (one off payment) and then pay ~$60 for a game which you can play for a ridiculous amount of hours.

Hopefully PC graphics will improve.
