I need the PC version just because I'm awful at aiming with the controller

I'm sure there is some sort of mouse/keyboard adapter out there for the 360/ps3, right? (unofficial obviously)

I just got the game today and it's even better than expected, everything just feels really smooth.

Flying the blimp all the way from south to north and landing on top of mount chiliad was the highlight so far

auto aim is god mode and soft lock isn't far from it, either

Something about the stock market that I havent seen on here, one of them, LCN, is directly influenced by the in-game events, so use them when you do missions that affect companies stocks. The other one, BAWSAQ, is influenced by the R* Social Club community.

Just release it on PC at the same time...Jesus. I just hope they fixed the one thing from IV that was annoying as ****: inviting friends to the same deathmatch would almost always **** up the lobby. We would have to continually disband and join a new lobby over and over with router resets spliced in for like 10 minutes just to get one stable game. I'll let your imaginations fill in what my friend and I are doing in the same deathmatch

They've been working on the game for five years. Two weeks wouldn't make a difference. They scheduled the release of GTA Online two weeks later because they didn't want people to just jump right into GTAO and never play the single player.

I don't know if that "just maybe" is sarcasm or what. Maybe you think GTAO was delayed or something? It's only announced launch date has always been October 1st.

Anyone had luck saving customized cars yet? A quick google search shows it seems to be a somewhat common issue. I'll park mine in a garage or lose it to impound then it won't be in either of those places?

I tried watching tv after the 2nd mission (Franklin and Lamar) when they introduced you to the safe house. Kept pressing left and right on the d-pad but nothing showed on the tv. Really don't know why.

Lol guilty as charged then. Ok I was wrong. But don't you think an issue that has plagued gta 4 online since 2008 would of been fixed by now? Seems like a quick patch or something would remedy this. I've personally never had the problem you were describing playing gta 4 online. But yeh. I'm sure gta 5 online is not going to be flawless. I don't expect expect it to be and don't think you should either.

I've never played a GTA game online in multiplayer mode (last GTA I played was Vice City on the PC). Is it pretty cool to play with a gazillion players online or is it just ho hum?

You do realize that they didn't release a simple patch to fix that issue in five years, right? It's kind of a major issue when you can't invite friends to your game lol. When someone on your friends list joined the same multiplayer lobby, whether invited or not, the game would often boot everyone except you and your friend. Through experience, we figured out that the game was creating a second lobby and dumping us in one and everyone else in the other. Then, nobody else would join the newly created lobby because it wasn't being queued up with the other lobbies to be populated.

It's sloppy programming that they could have addressed but there apparently wasn't enough bitching in the forums for Rockstar to care. And, it's kind of important too, because I know a handful of people who won't be buying the game unless this gets fixed. I'm sure there are more out there.

Anyway, I have no experience playing huge AAA multiplayer at launch on XBL or PSN. I've played a ton of BF3 but it was well after launch. What kind of problems should be expected on October 1st with 10+ million already sold?
